I came in looking for a used car. Wade was very friendly, professional, and was interested in what I was looking for so he could help me. After seeing a few cars, I wasn't yet ready to purchase and Wade did professional, and was interested in what I was looking for so he could help me. Wade kept in contact, occasionally letting me know if he had something I might be interested in or how my car search was. Finally I made it back in to the dealership. Wade had a few cars picked out. I loved the second one I saw. I was hesitant to take that jump to buy even know I knew I needed to. Wade encouraged me if it was what I was looking for then what was stopping me. So I made the purchase on a 2010 Corolla. Ji Yuan was very helpful in letting me know what I needed to know about my new car. Everyone I dealt with at Crown Toyota was very helpful and friendly. Wade and the service department helped solve a minor difficulty I had within the week after buying. I totally love my new vehicle and appreciate the experience I have had at Crown Toyota so far. Took a while to have someone ask us if we needed help but as soon as Dorian was freed up from the phone he came to ask if he could help. They were very thorough with the inspection as we took it on the highway for +700kms the next day and wouldn't be returning to the city until the 45 check up. The only reason I gave a few 4s was because because we had a really long wait after we were told everything would be ready by a certain time...although there were a few unexpected issues beyond anyone's control I felt that they should of been delt with before the truck was put on the lot. More
