I was in Sunshine Toyota last time a couple of months ago with Toyota Camry 2008 for regular maintenance service. In this service technicians "found" an oil leak and quoted me to more than 350$ for repair. S with Toyota Camry 2008 for regular maintenance service. Since 2 months ago i bought a vehicle from Woodhaven Toyota, i've called them and made an appointment to check the leak. They checked the vehicle 2 months ago AND 2 days ago and didn't find any leak. I'm very disappointing with that and will never come back to Sunshine/Crown Toyota anymore and will never recommend to anyone to take service More

Bought a Scion FRS from the new dealership. Actually went in before the new Scion dealership had been opened, was dealing with Zac in the old Toyota dealership. Very personable service, including the convenience of being able to text Zac any questions or concerns. Also kept me interested by texting a pic of the car when it arrived, packing tape and everything! I was also very happy with how he was alright with me sitting on the actual purchase for a couple weeks while rumors swirled about job security. Very good experience. I love this car, and I was thoroughly satisfied with the entire sales process. Very honest and no pressure. More

Upon entering the dealership, you immediately had a good impression of the staff as well as the surroundings. Everyone looked professional and you knew who worked there. We found him to be genuine and knowledgable in explaining about the vehicle we were interested in as well as upon completing the sales agreement. He also had a sense of humour as he filled up my back with red balloons when I went back to drive my new car home. This really touched me as this was my very first brand new car in my life and he made that aspect of it very memorable for me and this I thank him for!!! (I can't count the number of times I have told that story.) Andriy has since called me to make sure everything was fine with my new car, which I appreciated very much. More

I came in looking for a used car. Wade was very friendly, professional, and was interested in what I was looking for so he could help me. After seeing a few cars, I wasn't yet ready to purchase and Wade did professional, and was interested in what I was looking for so he could help me. Wade kept in contact, occasionally letting me know if he had something I might be interested in or how my car search was. Finally I made it back in to the dealership. Wade had a few cars picked out. I loved the second one I saw. I was hesitant to take that jump to buy even know I knew I needed to. Wade encouraged me if it was what I was looking for then what was stopping me. So I made the purchase on a 2010 Corolla. Ji Yuan was very helpful in letting me know what I needed to know about my new car. Everyone I dealt with at Crown Toyota was very helpful and friendly. Wade and the service department helped solve a minor difficulty I had within the week after buying. I totally love my new vehicle and appreciate the experience I have had at Crown Toyota so far. More
