I was in Sunshine Toyota last time a couple of months ago with Toyota Camry 2008 for regular maintenance service. In this service technicians "found" an oil leak and quoted me to more than 350$ for repair. S with Toyota Camry 2008 for regular maintenance service. Since 2 months ago i bought a vehicle from Woodhaven Toyota, i've called them and made an appointment to check the leak. They checked the vehicle 2 months ago AND 2 days ago and didn't find any leak. I'm very disappointing with that and will never come back to Sunshine/Crown Toyota anymore and will never recommend to anyone to take service More

Bought a Scion FRS from the new dealership. Actually went in before the new Scion dealership had been opened, was dealing with Zac in the old Toyota dealership. Even though they didn't have access to all of the information yet at that point, I felt that they were telling us everything that they could. Very personable service, including the convenience of being able to text Zac any questions or concerns. Also kept me interested by texting a pic of the car when it arrived, packing tape and everything! I was also very happy with how he was alright with me sitting on the actual purchase for a couple weeks while rumors swirled about job security. Very good experience. We found him to be genuine and knowledgable in explaining about the vehicle we were interested in as well as upon completing the sales agreement. He also had a sense of humour as he filled up my back with red balloons when I went back to drive my new car home. This really touched me as this was my very first brand new car in my life and he made that aspect of it very memorable for me and this I thank him for!!!
