We were greeted at the door by Ron Ackerman, who introduced us to Valentin. Valentin asked us specific questions about what we were looking for, which was a"used Rav 4". He then showed us the selection & we took a 2010 for a test drive. While in the car, Valentin was very personable, sharing his car experiences as well as telling us information about the Rav 4. Myself, and my two daughters, all had an opportunity to switch off and test drive the Rav 4. Once back at the dealership we asked to have our own car evaluated for a trade-in. This was done in a timely manner. Negotiations went well with compromises both ways during the process. I did not feel pressure, & I did feel that Valentin was doing his best to try to meet our expectations and desired pricing. This place is a no go especially if you have to deal with Peter. He is an arrogant, useless individual who doesn't care what you think of him as he is "important".
