I purchased the Extra Care Protection plan four years ago. It is clearly stated in the agreement that the six maintenance services included could be completed within 48 months from the start date. I called to make an appointment for maintenance service on Aug. 4, 2022, and was told the next available weekend date is Aug. 13. When I visited the local dealer shop on Aug. 13, they told me my service plan expired on Aug. 9, 2022. I had to pay out of my pocket $400 for the service. No one told me that my service will be expired soon when I made the appointment. No local service agent reminded me of the expiration date of my service when I had my service last time. Later on, when I called TOYOTA CANADA and had a discussion with the local service manager, they ignored the 48-month period clearly printed in the agreement and insisted that all six maintenance services must be finished within 36 months. I am really disappointed with the service of CROWN TOYOTA. When they get money, they no longer care about their clients who paid the money. More
