My whole experience with Crown Toyota was great from the very start. I knew what i was looking for (Scion IQ) which made it easier, but Zac was very friendly, professional and informative non the less. He a very start. My vehicle arrived a whole week earlier than previously thought and the whole transaction was smooth and easy. Raj was great to deal with on a financial side, made things easy for us as well. I highly recommend Crown Toyota and definitely recommend Zac as a sales rep. I got to meet a few of the other staff members as well when i picked up my wonderful Scion IQ, and they were all very professional and friendly! Will definitely deal with them in the future if ever i have too. And will recommend them to family and friends. As our saleslady, Justine went above and beyond to find us the vehicle we wanted within our price range. She did not try to upsell a product she knew we would not be able to afford. When our options were limited to a couple of vehicles, one of which was categorized as "incoming" or "already sold", Justine, Mike, and a few other employees spent much time to locate the vehicle. Premini was very helpful in the financial aspect of the purchase and provided us with the best financial choices suitable to our needs. Mike and another gentleman assisted in installing the tricky floor mats of the vehicle. Valentin guided us through the computerized navigational system and power options of the vehicle. We would definitely recommend this dealership to others. More

I went into the dealership on Saturday, July 13 to purchase a new Toyota Tacoma with the standard package. I was told there were no trucks like that in Canada and it would have to be brought in from the factory. I requested a coloured truck and I was told that it would be up to 6 weeks for colour but that if I would buy a white truck it would only take 2 weeks to arrive. So I bought a white truck on July 13. I phoned the dealership on July 25 to enquire if the truck had arrived. My sales agent called back on July 26 to tell me "your truck will be here on Wednesday, July 31". On August 2 I had not heard anything again so I left a message with the sales manager this time to ask to please have the truck tracked down to find out where it was. He never called me back. So 5 days later (August 7) after not receiving a call back from the sales manager, I called the dealership again and asked to speak with the General Manager. The GM (Don Saranchuk) returned my call that same afternoon to discuss the situation. He called me back the following day to advise the truck had finally arrived and that it would be ready for pick up Saturday, August 10 (four weeks after purchase). I understand circumstances happen and shipments can be late. However, to have received confirmation that it would arrive in Winnipeg on July 31 and then not receive it until 8 days later without being advised it was going to be late is unacceptable. To ease my frustration the GM met with me the morning I picked up the truck and offered to throw in wheel locks to help end the experience on a positive note. However, when the Finance Business Manager (Premini Ismath) went to get me the wheel locks she came back empty handed. She was told by the Sales Manager that I would not receive the wheel locks unless I filled out the customer survey and gave everyone I dealt with a 10/10. This is an unacceptable way to receive positive customer comments on a survey. More

Zac was an excellent listener and helped us narrow our choices down to the vehicle we end up buying. His knowledge of the vehicles and his tone with us was wonderful and didn't make us feel like we needed to know everything prior to visiting the dealership. We also got to meet Premini and it was a pleasure as she explained all the finance, warrant and extra options that were available. Also, thanks to her and their staff, she was able to have our vehicle ready for pick up before the weekend, which was the icing on top of an already great deal! Overall, Crown Toyota has given my wife and I great confidence both with the vehicle we purchased and also with all the wonderful staff. Although, we didn't have any direct dealings with the rest of the staff they all came and introduce themselves and congratulated us on our new purchase. We have never felt so taken care of and it was just wonderful! We'd absolutely recommend these guys and gals to others in the future! More

my wife and i have never been to this dealership before,untill two weeks ago.she had just returned from a roadtrip and our car was due for a service.we still had free oil changes from when we first before,untill two weeks ago.she had just returned from a roadtrip and our car was due for a service.we still had free oil changes from when we first bought our car from a different dealer.crown is alot closer to where we live. when i called to see if i could use them at crown,Dasha was the one who answered the phone.she was very friendly,personable and went out of her way to check for us.she started a folder for us,so we wouldn't have to spend time doing it when we arrived.we checked in at the express lube and went to the waiting area.Dasha sought us out and made us feel welcome.she had prepared a maintence service packet for us,because i wasn't sure what was due other than the oil change.i did have other concerns,a chip in the paint.jenifer came out and explained the procedures for going through ecp in great detail.found out it wasn't covered because it was a stone chip.they offered to cover it with a touch up pen. i didn't get the service guy's name who did the work,but he was very effecient.had it done in no time.they didn't even charge us for it. the overall experience was excellent!! we were made to feel welcome and appreciated.i would definatly recommend this dealership to anyone.
