Upon waiting for the price negotiations, he showed me around entire showroom, and service area, and I was more than impressed to say the least. Not only do they have one of the nicest showrooms and services areas, the hours of the service area are fantastic, and their quick no appointment quick oil change service can not be beat!! When signing the lease papers on my new vehicle, Premini, was an absolute joy. She is the real deal, with a complete hassle free approach to customer service! Three days later, when picking up my new leased vehicle, Wade went over the vehicle's interior and exterior with me, to advise of all the features and how they worked. He went so far as to set up my phone's Bluetooth for me as well. This is NOT a service that I received at my prior Toyota dealership. It was greatly appreciated. And that to the fact that I was shuttled to and from the insurance company to register/insure my new car. Again, this is NOT a service that was offered at my prior dealership. I would recommend anyone who is considering purchasing a Toyota, to attend to Crown Toyota. It beats at least two other Toyota dealerships in Winnipeg HANDS DOWN! More

Honda's response, a polite or congenial "no". In my shoes, who would you prefer dealing with? What's more, they delivered. The little things that I wanted in the vehicle such as heated seats, a splash matt for the cargo area that did not come standard with the vehicle, Toyota were able to throw in. In general, they were polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. Needless to say I was impressed by their customer service. More
