I would recommend this service centre with a strong warning to insist on an estimate and to check other centres for pricing. I was not provided with an estimate, and was told that the bill would come t warning to insist on an estimate and to check other centres for pricing. I was not provided with an estimate, and was told that the bill would come to a little over $300. Over the phone, I agreed to changing the air filter for $25, and so, expected a charge under $400. The bill was for $525 and then he managed to lower it to $476, applying a discount that was available by mail. The person was polite and friendly, and apologized when I pointed to the sign saying that a written estimate is required (by law?) for service over $100. However, he really should have taken the time to look it all up and given me a detailed breakdown before the service. So, aside from the lack of a printed estimate, I have no problems with him, and I know that people sometimes make a mistake. Also, the cost is $254 for labour on my car. Since they called to say it would be ready and was being cleaned at noon, but the car was not being worked on by 10:20, there were either two people working on a basic service, or the costs are set by task and so, adding allotted time without discount for jobs that are done together results in a higher charge than the time actually required. I would encourage Toyota to look at their pricing. Note: I am of the generation of people who have transitioned from doing basic service myself (oil change, air filter, spark plug change... actually, I used to help a friend who could take an engine apart and put it back together) to having a garage do it for me. Therefore, it is a bit of a surprise to be told that changing spark plugs takes 30 minutes. Finally, the service centre has a large sign saying that we should receive a written estimate. The sign is located behind the desk where payment is made. That sign should also be posted on the door where the car is driven into the shop and by the desks where the service representatives receive the car and keys. It is more useful to read this before leaving the car than afterward. Thanks. p.s. I see that I need an account to submit my review. Please do not email me with advertising. More
I have tried to get a hold of Tammi 3 times, once by email, and twice calling the dealership over a span of a couple months. I really like Toyota's and wanted to buy one, but I'm tired of waiting. I don email, and twice calling the dealership over a span of a couple months. I really like Toyota's and wanted to buy one, but I'm tired of waiting. I don't know if she didn't receive either of my messages to phone back or see my email, but I'd hate to think that she picks and chooses who she would like to deal with. Anyways, this dealership has lost my business because I'm no longer willing to wait to hear back. More

No one likes negotiating a price for a new car but Justine made it painless. Trade in value for my car was fair. When my new car was ready for pick up it was spotless and ready to be driven out of the dealership. Justine went thru every detail of the car so that I would be comfortable with the cars features. I liked having a female salesperson as I feel she treated me as an equal and walked me comfortably through the process. I was introduced to some key people at the dealership, manager etc. and then Justine took me on a tour of the service area so that I would be familiar on my first service visit. They made me feel special with a grp celebratory applause and picture. Justine handed me a bouquet of flowers to celebrate, such a sweet touch! I would definitely return to this dealership for my next vehicle and ask for Justine as my salesperson. More
Nico Sanchez made the experience of buying my 2009 Lincoln MKZ a wonderful experience. I was treated respectfully, price was affordable, given details on why the car was traded in. When I picked up Lincoln MKZ a wonderful experience. I was treated respectfully, price was affordable, given details on why the car was traded in. When I picked up the car, car was in immaculate condition, full tank of gas and was explained all the features of the car. Premini was professional, friendly and also made the car buying experience a good one! I would recommend Nico to my family and friends in a heartbeat. More

Able to figure ou Very nice new building. Comfy setup. The Good Justine, the product advisor, was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Able to figure out what I wanted, and matched up with a new car that fits my needs. Very good price. Unlike other places, she did not talk badly about other potential competitor stores. I didn't feel pressured to make the purchase. She seemed like an honest, patient rep. The car drives they way I want, no issues there. Perfect for my needs. Needs Improvement On one appointment, my appointment was delayed for an hour. They were busy, but I felt like there should have been some process to acknowledge my arrival right when I walked through the door. The open concept of the facility might possibly be, too open in a way. The financial guy who handled the money aspects/extras/warranty plans, while knowledgeable, was a little rough around the edges. Process felt rushed, like he wanted us to sign away and get out ASAP. More
I went to Crown Toyota Scion Dealership a few days ago to trade in my Toyota Corolla 2010 for a RAV4 2012. I had a very pleasant experience. Tammy looked after me very well. She gave me all the information I needed to help me decide whether or not to buy the RAV4. After I bought the vehicle, She arranged a follow-up visit for me to the dealership so that they can see how the vehicle is running and if I was satisfied. Very impressive. Thank you, Tammy and thank you Sean Booth (finance office) for working out the figures to suit my pocket. Yatta More

Dropped my Toyota Sienna off to get steering checked. Received a phone call from Dealer at about 8h30am I was unable to answer so Genner left a message stating that they would have to do a Steering evalu Received a phone call from Dealer at about 8h30am I was unable to answer so Genner left a message stating that they would have to do a Steering evaluation that would cost me about 90$. I phoned back about 15min later and spoke to reception who took a message from me to get Genner to call back. I waited about 2 hrs with no response. I phoned back at this point he was busy again with a customer and the reception forwarded me to Genner voice mail at which point I told him to go ahead with the steering evaluation. I did not hear from him for about 3hrs I phoned him back at about 1pm or so where the reception told me once again that he was busy with a customer. Left another message for him to call back. At around 3h45pm still haven't heard anything from Toyota I phoned back at which point he was tied up with a customer. Reception offered to take a message, I responded that I would like to speak to a manager of some sort. I was forwarded to the parts department. Max in parts advised me that he would get Genner to call me I refused to be shuffled again. Max said he would put me on hold and get Genner to explain things to me. Make a long story short I am a customer and was not treated as such. I have spent lots of money on my van at you establishment and was treated very poorly. I spend 89.40$ and waited all day so that you could tell me I need new tires. Thanks for wasting my money and my time! I feel very strongly about being treated with respect and find that I was taken advantage of because I wasn't there in person. At this point I will not be referring business your way.
