The experience we had with Ron Ackerman during my son's purchase prompted me to talk to my wife about replacing one of our current vehicles at Crown. We had been shopping around some but I must say that I was really taken with the courtesies and friendliness at Crown. That made the entire experience worthwhile. Ron and his peers were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Ron spent the time required to qualify exactly what we were looking for and didn't attempt to oversell anything. He provided information and details when asked, provided a test drive and worked out the best deal we could expect. The process was fairly quick and painless and both my wife and I left the dealership with a very good taste. To us, the employees we dealt with have done their jobs very well and we will definitely recommend Crown Toyota to our friends and family. More
