There are many words that can be What can I say about Crown Toyota Scion and the two amazing people that made my experience with Toyota the best?!?! There are many words that can be used but I believe actions speak louder than words. I have never been treated with such respect from a dealership before. My visit to Crown Toyota started on Monday, May 19, 2014. I made the 45 minute drive into Winnipeg and I am very happy that I did. I walked into Crown on one of their busiest sale days and was still greeted with professionalism yet a bit of shock when I said I was looking to trade my 2011 Mustang. Scott Proulx was the sales specialist that helped me out. I told him that I was looking to trade my Mustang and that I was looking at getting a Rav4. I told him what options I wanted and what colors I didn't want. So that limited my choice selection drastically. I then asked about a car in the corner of the showroom which turned out to be the Matrix. When we looked at the options and colors, I had a greater choice selection. Scott brought the car right to the door and went over all the options with me. I took it for a test drive and immediately knew this was the one. But I still had to test drive the Rav4 seeing as it was the original car I came in looking for. Scott didn't hesitate to bring one around for me to drive. But in all honesty, I think he knew I was going to choose the Matrix. We all sat down (myself, my dad and my dad's girlfriend) to start talking numbers with Scott. Once we came to an agreement on a price, Scott introduced me to Judy the finance specialist. Judy went over all the options that were available to me and was very knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and never made me feel rushed. I felt very comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole process. Scott was also very knowledgeable and never rushed me or tried to push a vehicle on me that I didn't want. He was very friendly, funny and made my first Toyota experience a good one. Scott was the type of person that once you started talking to him you just felt that you knew him forever because he had the type of personality and you could tell that he wasn't there to only make a sale....he was there to make sure you got exactly what you came in looking for. I left Crown knowing that I would be coming back in the next few days to pick up my new ride. Thursday, May 23, 2014 I made the 45 minute drive back to Crown Toyota to pick up my 2014 Toyota Matrix!!! I was excited but nervous at the same time but once I walked in I was greeted with the same professionalism as the first time and I knew I had made the right decision. Thank You Crown Toyota, Scott Proulx and Judy Zulak! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone that is in the market for a new or used car. If you get either Scott or Judy while you are at Crown Toyota, you are in very good hands. More
