I left my car for regular maintenance and exchange tyres. They swapped them and lost the hubcap, then the technician states that there was no hubcap. I asked for the security cameras and they refused. Then They swapped them and lost the hubcap, then the technician states that there was no hubcap. I asked for the security cameras and they refused. Then, they did not have stock of hubcaps ... not recommendable at all. The hubcap was there, and whatever happen they said nothing. They are not professional on their duties. More
I would never shop or get service here again and I would warn anyone else against it. I bought a Corolla hybrid here in spring 2023. Sales guy Mark looks all around the car, acts confused, goes to ask someone, comes back and says it does not have a block heater. He says they are not manufacturing them for this model. Literally every other model car has a block heater option but this one. He tries to convince me it doesn't need one. In MB winter. But he didn't even know this car didn't have one until I asked. I waited months for this car, so I get pressured into the sale anyways. We finally find out from Service that the block heaters for my car got recalled and they're being redesigned and they will be available in a few months. So Mark just lied to me and pressured me into the sale when he actually had no idea what he was talking about. I did get the block I did get the block heater installed later, at my own expense, because they refused to cover the cost despite how they treated me. And now the 2nd winter I've had the car, the battery died in the cold when I left it unplugged. It 1000% needed the block heater. More

They fixed it. but day two is the same problem, it wont start again. This time they towed it from my driveway. Im asking to return the xxxxty vehicle, but they They wont take if back . But its clearly printed on their ad that i can return it for thirty days. ( its only two days). They fixed the vehicle for a week. Now the BIG PROBLEM. I cannot register the vehicle. MPI said the paper is from a DODGE CARAVAN, the vehicle that i bought is an AUDI It really is dissapointing. Im soooo stressed.Wen is this problem gonna end? More

Very disappointed in the sales staff. Very disappointed in their inability to treat me with more respect and that they valued my business- left there feeling like they could have cared less about me at all. Maybe I’m too old fashioned but to me integrity still means a lot and their sales staff did not display integrity. Again, very disappointing. More
