Sheng was excellent, he explained all of the features of the Nissan Sentra. We were also condidering the Toyota Corolla and he arranged to have us test drive the Corolla against the Sentra. I had a very bad experience because I felt I was misled in a letter which turned out to be a "bait and switch" marketing tactic by Nissan (not the dealership). I wrote a letter to the General manger describing why I was EXTREMELY disappointed with my experience. He arranged for an appointment for me where he addressed my concerns and explained how this unpleasant experience came to pass. I have been a customer at Crown Nissan for over 5 years and have been extremely impressed with the staff, quality of service and their efforts to go out of the way to provide excellent service in the past. That is why I was so disappointed with the unscrupulous and misleading tactics which led to my coming in to purchase/lease (it turned out to be lease) a new vehicle. While being somewhat transparent in indicating it was not the dealership but rather Nissan that had initiated the campaign, I still felt the people I met with were genuinely interested in addressing my concerns and did offer some significant service credits to make things right. So, yes, I would recommend Crown Nissan to others, but I would certainly caution them about any "special opportunities" which were being offered. I genuinely felt that Crown Nissan management was not in favor of the tactics used by Nissan marketing, but nevertheless, (and perhaps they had no choice)they were participants in what I view to be the "bait and switch" deception. I was in the market to buy a new truck, and meeting and working with the staff made my choice of choosing a Nissan over other manufacturers very easy. Amanda went out of her way to show me the xxxxxxof owning a Nissan, and how they compare to other manufacturer's models. She was also very patient as I had a tough time chosing which colour I wanted which meant she had to spend more time in the passenger seat a I test drove every Titan on the lot. Brent Sayles put the icing on the cake, ensuring I was happy walking out the door, and always smiling when I walked in the door. And Lastly, Chris and Russell and entire service department put the final touches on my truck with a little lift, and a little TLC on my 45 day inspection. All in all Crown Nissan, did a great job easing me into the second biggest purchase of my life. Thanks again folks, I am loving the truck! More

Brilliant!!! I first went to Crown Nissan on the recommendation of a friend back in 2009 and I bought my first car. Therefore, when I decided to trade in my car, it was not hard to decide to go back to Crown Nissan! I purchased a 2012 Versa Hatchback (and besides struggling to chose a name for him) I am madly in love!! This time I had the pleasure of dealing with Amanda who was fantastic in her sales approach. Then the day got even better when I spent time with Jamey who is incredible in the way he clearly explains everything from the financial aspect. Had an incredible experience with Crown Nissan. We had an opportunity on Sept. 14 to go for a test drive, as our kids were at school. From start to finish the team did an AMAZING job making us feel welcome and supported in whatever we needed to do regarding our decision process. The staff on the phone were friendly, patient and approachable. In the dealership Dan Johnson did an outstanding job listening to our needs, and offering suggestions to help us refine our options. At no time did we feel pressured, and we appreciated the questions that were asked of us even when we determined to wait until the next iteration of the Quest. It was nothing about the team; it was just that the newer Quest couldn't yet budge us away from our current Quest. Overall, do yourself a favour and go over to Crown Nissan.
