Wes was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. My first interaction with Wes was when I emailed him via the Mazda website regarding trading in our 2002 Mazda Protege 5. Little did I know, my husband first interaction with Wes was when I emailed him via the Mazda website regarding trading in our 2002 Mazda Protege 5. Little did I know, my husband had also contacted the dealer by phone. Despite this, Wes was quick to respond to my internet inquiry in a timely and personal manner. Upon arrival to Destination Mazda, Mark Carver and Wes each greeted us. Wes was thorough in explaining the availability of both new and used vehicles, and was patient in his explanation of models and features. He was able to answer all of our questions in a way that was personal and informative. My husband and I took one vehicle for a test drive, and returned the following day to test drive an alternate vehicle. Wes was very accomodating during this process and his committment to his clients was certainly noted. We were offered a very reasonable price to trade in our Mazda Protege and happily drove a 2012 Mazda 3 off the lot. Wes is an honest, trustworthy, and reliable salesman. We are confident that we have purchased a high-quality vehicle, and have been able to finance it in a way that suits our lifestyle. My sells person Brendon Price (Sales Consultant) answered all my questions, but at the same time giving me room to breath. “I cannot stand going to buy something & a sells person smothers you!” His ability helped me to make my final decision to buy this car (Mazda 3 GS). Now with that out of the way we moved onto James Kosteck (Financial Services Manager). I was also very pleased with this part of buying my car. James took care of everything for me. He gave me different options as to what I wanted for my warranty or felt I needed before we finalized this transaction. Scott Melquist (Sales Manager) took the time to thank me my business & to ask me how my overall experience was, thank you. My wife and I gave Thea Moeun a call without expecting anything at all – since we knew that the chances of getting a brand-new car for new immigrants like us were slim, or even close to nothing. I spoke t anything at all – since we knew that the chances of getting a brand-new car for new immigrants like us were slim, or even close to nothing. I spoke to Thea and laid my cards on the table right away but he assured me that he is sure they will be able to help me out in one way or another so we set up an appointment and finally met. We were very impressed with the level of service that was given to us as soon as we got there. The atmosphere inside the entire Destination Mazda office was pretty light and very much welcoming – as opposed to the stiff and cold treatment we sometimes got from other dealerships in Winnipeg – the front desk person was very warm, people were smiling and saying “HI” even if we were already being assisted to by Thea. Thea was very approachable, he made sure our conversations were light, and listened to what we really wanted – which was the Mazda 5 and stuck to that. I’ve experienced many dealers who pushed me to get a car that was beyond or below what my expectations were – but I never got anything like that from him. We then took the vehicle for a test drive and decided that we wanted the LX 2012 model, we were endorsed to James from Finance shortly. James was another guy who was very easy to talk to, conversations were spontaneous. He even tried to alleviate my tension while we were waiting for the bank approval – which he tried to expedite even on a Saturday – so we didn’t have to wait any longer for the bank’s decision. He tried calling and following-up on the status – then told us the good news that the loan had been approved for the brand new Mazda! Thea and James could probably sense the excitement in our eyes and offered to meet us at the showroom the following day – which happened to be a SUNDAY – just to hand us the car after they had it buffed and ready for pick up. We got there that Sunday to see my Mazda 5 all ready with a bright red jumbo ribbon on top. Many many thanks to Thea and James – they totally gave us a whole knew ray of hope – that not ALL dealerships try to rip you off of your money but give you the worst kind of service – which you clearly do NOT deserve. I got a huge deal for my car: 0% financing on a 2012 model, add-ons at a very low cost, and best of all – an exceptional team of people who are motivated, service-oriented, friendly and honest and I am positive that I can count on them if I ever need help in the future. Good job Thea, James and Desination Mazda people… continue taking exceptional dealership service into a whole new level! More
Called to get an oil change without an appointment. They got me in right away without a hassle. I enjoyed my coffee while talking to the friendly staff at service. I mentioned I thought my airbag light came on and wanted to make an appointment for the future. They checked it right away to make sure my car was safe. Oil change was done quick and I even got the vehicle back all washed and shiny. I mentioned in passing I stained my leather doing work with soil and to my surprise they even managed to get that out too. Kudos to them. A+ from me More

Ron was very enthusiastic about showing and demonstrating to me the vehicle I was interested in. James explained clearly the warranties available , and the protection packages that I could purchase. He was knowledgeable about his job and made the purchase as painless as possible. They introduced me to Scott, the sales manager, who was also a great people person ; warm and friendly. I have been dealing with this dealership for six years and have a very high regard for all the people I have been involved with over those years. I recommend this dealership to my friends. More
