Aron and Brendon were very friendly and gave excellent customer service. They offered a very reasonable price to cut a new key for my 2007 Mazda 3 GX when I lost my second copy. I had purchased a Mazda 3 Sport in 2008 with the help of Clive Carter and Mark Carver. When it came time to purchase a new vehicle this year, there was no question I was going back to Crown Mazda. They both got me into my new 2014 Mazda 6 GT and I love it. Even James came in on his day off to finalize the paperwork as it was a day that was most convenient to me. We felt we got a great deal on a used 2011 Mazda 3 with 17,500 kms. We needed cruise control which we negotiated into the deal. The experience of buying a new vehicle is usually one I do not like to participate in but rather one undertaken out of necessity. In this case our dealings with Wes Giesbrecht and then James Kosteck was one that turned out to be a very pleasant experience. Prior to attending Crown Mazda we had visited several other dealerships in the city and had test driven several vehicles in our travels. I had personal connections with two of those other dealerships. We stopped in at Crown with no preconceived notions as we had no connection with this dealership, however, the Mazda 3 was one of the vehicles on our list to look at. Upon entering the dealership we were greeted by Wes who immediately made us feel comfortable and welcomed. We chatted and Wes learned what it was we were looking for and took it from there. Initially our thoughts were to return to one of the other dealerships after visiting Crown, however Wes was able to offer us a deal we were very comfortable with and we accepted it on the spot. The whole over-all experience was a pleasure and took the bad feeling you usually get from car shopping away. We did not have any lingering questions about whether or not we got a good deal or ripped off and at the end of the day we were very comfortable with what we did. More

We were very pleased with the friendliness and willingness of the staff! The only reason I rated the price of vehicle as a 4 is because there was not any budge on the price of the used vehicle willingness of the staff! It always makes a customer feel better about "getting a better deal" even if there is a tiny bit of movement on the price of a vehicle. But it was a decent price to begin with - we don't feel jipped. The experience with the salesman and finance manager was great! They really made buying the vehicle a FUN experience. They were very friendly and helpful! There were a few items the vehicle needed that weren't in it when we were ready to buy it. One of the managers went above and beyond to replace the part that was missing with an even higher quality one than was needed - that goes a long way with feeling like you're getting a good deal. MUCH appreciated! The experience at the service department was fabulous! I absolutely felt well taken care of. Again, went above and beyond expectations. Thank you! After buying the vehicle we noticed a few things missing and the salesman and service dept completely took care of everything! It was great to know that even after we signed the deal and they could have said "you'll have to pay for this if you didn't notice it" they took care of everything.
