He was also very helpful in narrowing it down and finding the perfect vehicle for me. All of the staff at Crown Mazda are extremely welcoming and helpful. Great experience for a first time buyer. I am a young guy and needed a car for school and work. I wanted something that would be a good fit for me, but I didn't know a lot about cars and deal I am a young guy and needed a car for school and work. I wanted something that would be a good fit for me, but I didn't know a lot about cars and dealerships even intimidated me for my lack of knowledge in automobiles. This being said, Andrew (along with the rest of the staff) was able to make my first car buying experience the best it possibly could .He walked my through everything and found the perfect car for me. He hooked me up with a 2012 Ford Fiesta and I couldn't be happier with it. I know that buying a car can be a lengthy and stressful process but, with the help of Andrew, it went completely well and I was very well looked after. I was in great hands. So thanks again to Andrew, along with Erwin and Lynn and the rest of the crew for helping me! More

I introduced myself and told him i needed a truck! Two days later he got back to me asked for some specifics, i was pretty particular with a few things unknown to him! He went on a hunt and literally three minutes later he showed me a link with a picture and i instantly fell in love with the 2012 nissan titan he found.. i set up a test drive the next day ! And drove off with the beauty a couple days later Thanks to Lynn Hepner with all her hard work on financing and making sure i had Some fighting chance to get the tires rolling off the lot :) and now im married to the truck of my dreams (sofar) truly these two Are a power team and highly recommended. Thank you Andrew for Being on point with everything! and Lynn for putting up with all my questions, newbie-ness and my dad ! see ya all in the future! :) More

tech Night I attended the TECH night last week Feb 4. I talked to anyone I could the next day to say how "BLOWN AWAY" of how great an experience it was for me. I thought I was very familiar with my Mazda. I am currently driving a 2015 CX-5. I have had a 2013 CX5. that Crown gave me a fantastic deal to upgrade to my 2015, I have had a Mazda 6 before that and my first Mazda was a CX-7. Tech night was much more than I expected. Almost the entire staff was out that night. I was so impressed by how committed they all were to making sure my vehicle was everything I expected. After Mark Carver introduced all of his staff to use we were invited to tour the service bay. 6 services bays were set up to demonstrate what happen when you bring your vehicle in for service in one word...WOW and thanks Brendon for showing me how easy it was to set up my remote locks my CX-5 locks automatically as I walk away TERRY BELANGER ZOOM/ZOOM More
First time car shopping So this was the first time I have been car shopping for myself. I was nervous and excited. I was greeted right away when I walked and sat down with a salesman. He was very knowledgeable. After a bit of searching and talking with the folks he was able to help me find a great fitting vehicle within my budget and needs! I definitely didn't think I was going to be able to find something that was going to work, but with the time and patience if this salesman I was able to get exactly what I was looking for and had a great experience doing so! Horrible Experience I bought a 2014 CX-5 in February of this year from Marco at Crown Mazda. Since that time I have had numerous problems - within the first two weeks I h I bought a 2014 CX-5 in February of this year from Marco at Crown Mazda. Since that time I have had numerous problems - within the first two weeks I had difficulty with the keyless start, I have had ice in my air filter (which needed replacing), my check engine light has gone on (due to a problem with the sensor) and the kicker, when I brought it in for a routine oil change (at a dealership in Brandon, MB) I was told that all four tires needed to be replaced due to lack of tread (two wouldnt pass safety - two would barely). I found this surprising since my vehicle has 35 0000km on it. When I expressed my concerns to the people at Crown Mazda that the tires were of poor quality and possibly defective to have such significant wear on ALL four I was told by Aron H. in the service department that because that brand of tire is "soft", and I did not rotate them every 5000km that it was my fault the tires had worn so quickly. I then asked to speak to someone else and I was passed along to Mark Carver. Mark also said that because I did not rotate my tires that I was at fault, when I explained it had been in for regular servicing (from a trustworthy mechanic) who did not indicate any concerns, he blamed the mechanic for not saying something sooner, He also stated he would not help me further and there was nothing they could do for something that "wasn't their fault", and that he disagreed with the other mechanic (in Brandon) and that I only needed two new tires and therefore it couldn't be due to a defect in the tire tread. He did however then have the nerve to attempt to "give me a good deal" on new tires...... to which I immediately declined. I would NEVER recommend this dealership when looking to purchase a Mazda. The staff was quick to blame a number of outside factors rather than consider a possible defect in their vehicle. They were not interested in helping me resolve the problem. I am very disappointed with the customer service and the vehicle I purchased from these people. More

horrible service Consistent horrible over priced service from this dealership since I bought the 2012 Mazda 3 in april of 2012. I have taken the car back several times Consistent horrible over priced service from this dealership since I bought the 2012 Mazda 3 in april of 2012. I have taken the car back several times for squealing breaks when the car is put in reverse after sitting for awhile. They put some type of anti squeal on the breaks and say its the best they can do, they are crap breaks. So they start squealing again within a few weeks. This past June I took the car in for its regular maintenance and walked out of there paying 900.00 dollars for a slew of things I supposedly needed... an expensive oil change if you ask me. Still trusting in this company i took the car back 3 weeks ago for servicing again, made the appointment over the phone told the lady the front breaks are squealing again, car idling rough in drive at a stop ... again and i am getting a howling noise from the rear end. I also went as far as writing everything down on the key envelope and placed it in the drop box when I dropped the car off. Well when they serviced the car, I needed 2 new tires (in their opinion they were slightly feathering at 46000K) and a wheel bearing. They replaced the wheel bearing under warranty and ousted me on 2 new tires without any prorating. They never bothered to fix the squealing breaks or the rough idling because of a major lack of attention to detail by not only one but multiple people. The lady who booked the appointment completely screwed up what she wrote down on the work order and the people in service and or the mechanic never read the envelope when they took the key out. Ryan does not explain anything as far as why you need the work they suggest it appears that if you have a specific problem, they look at a list of possible causes and tell you that you need to fix all of them. There is no effort put into trouble shooting at all which ends up costing you a whole pile of money. The response from service when i expressed my disgust in there service was would you mind stopping by for us to look at it again. Hmmm well let me see, 45 minute drive their, 45 minute drive back.... how ever long to sit and wait for what they missed in the first place.... Aaron would you like to pay me 119.00 per hour for my lost time for your insufficiencies? I think not! I am truly disappointed in this companies service and support and will never be back, nor will I ever recommend this business as a place to for any type of service. More
