Sherril(my saleslady) certainly knows how to listen to customers and accommodate my needs. She made my great first impression in Crown Mazda. Her gift and card when we went to pick up the car were totally lovely. Michael(sales manager) is not just a manager in other dealerships. Most of managers I've seen are just sitting in their office, but Michael never hesitated to come and talk to us with big smiles. He was willing to explain everything that we weren't aware of. Brian(finance manager) has the most exceptional skills and experience on what he is doing. He made all the process feel easier and quicker. He also respected my decisions. My experience with Crown Mazda is nothing but amazing and a great time. They looked like more family, not co-workers! I'd like to thank to them for this phenomenal experience again. Unorganized,Blame Shifters, unheplful. Returns gone bad. Went to the Parts department looking for a part. Got the part took it to my mechanic and found that the wrong one was ordered. Returned this part the Went to the Parts department looking for a part. Got the part took it to my mechanic and found that the wrong one was ordered. Returned this part the same day, he apologized we said fine ordered the new one and where told the part would be a few days and that the return of funds would be in 2 weeks that was June 4,2016. As of today I have yet to receive my money back. The Manager Jack did not return our first 2 calls then gave us date after date after date when the check would be ready for pick. Many excuses heard and still waiting. I'm calling their headquarters in the morning. By the way we purchased 2 cars both makes were Mazda ,never again ... More

After being at a dealership who was rude and not helpful at all I went over to Crown Mazda skeptical about how things were going to go based on my pre After being at a dealership who was rude and not helpful at all I went over to Crown Mazda skeptical about how things were going to go based on my previous experience earlier that day. I was outside looking at some of the vehicles when a manager came up to me, shook my hand and asked my name (already a good start since I was there with a man and my previous experience at another dealership was me being fluffed off while a salesperson focused on my male friend and completely dismissed me) He brought a salesman over and we started my search. My salesman was friendly, funny, knowledgable and took his time showing me around and explaining not only the perks of the vehicle but the safety aspect of driving the Mazda. There was not a time while I was there that I felt pushed to buy or that he wasn't explaining the fine print (we all know that happens often when buying a vehicle). After all the open and friendly negotiations I decided to purchase. I had to go back to Mazda to sign papers and all that fun stuff and each time I was greeted with a smile and they all knew my name. I was extremely happy with Scott my salesman and Brian the gentlemen who looked after my financing. This was a great experience all around! Thanks for that all you Mazda employees!
