I was VERY particular on the color of car I wanted. It took awhile but Andrew got me everything I wanted. It was worth the wait. The whole process took a week and a half and Andrew kept me up tp date with what was happening with my car. I love my car and so happywe went to Madza before the other dealership. I would definetly go back to Mazda and deal with Andrew again. More

Andrew Kingsley, Tracy in Finance and the rest of the Destination Mazda team, and they really are a team, were professional yet friendly, and friendly without losing any sense of professionalism or service - a perfect combination. Their service was impeccable and I felt heard and respected throughout the process of searching for and then purchasing my Ford Escape from them and heck, it isn't one of their Mazda products that suited my needs best. I think they must run their business by I call the Wilfred Brimley rule, you know that old codger who starred in Cocoon and many other family movies. He sold Quaker Oats in TV commercials for many years telling us that the reason we should consider eating these oats is that, quite simply "It's the right thing to do". That's why they went out of their way to find me a Ford Escape from the ranks of their Mazda dealerships - it was the right thing to do and met my needs perfectly. I urge my friends and all others looking for a new or used vehicle to contact Andrew, tell him Tom sent you, and then let him and the Destination Mazda team go to work for you and find just the one you want at the best possible price they can give you. I found Brendon to be exceptionaly freindly, knowlegable, willing to explain the "fine print". Although he was fairly new with the dealership when I made my purchase, he displayed everything I could have wa willing to explain the "fine print". Destination is THE best in customer service! We cannot say enough about the staff! We had shopped for a car for months & had been at other Mazda dealers in Winnipeg but was so turned off by their service say enough about the staff! We are SO glad we did. No one compared to them! They were incredibly helpful, polite, they understood exactly what we were looking for and they got us exactly that and more. We have received phone calls from them since, checking to make sure everything is going good. Used their service department the other day and was in & out quickly!
