This is my first brand-new car purchase, and Andrew made it easy for me. He was friendly, helpful and not pushy. Traci in Finance was organized and efficient and also friendly. I bought a 2007 Mazda3 from Brendon at Destination Mazda a couple of months ago. I was extremely well treated at the dealership. The employees always acknowledged me with a big smile and hello. My experience at Destination Mazda has overall been great. My only complaint (and the reason for the overall experince and price scores of 4 instead of 5) is the odd hidden fee that I encountered. I don't mind paying fair price but I want to know upfront what I am going to be charged. For example, if the laser etching security service is not optional, it should be included in the sticker price of the vehicle. Also, miscellaneous shop material costs should be included in the estimate for service and repair. More
We came in looking for a second family vehicle. We had done some research prior to and was bouncing back and forth between a Mazda and a Nissan. Wes was approachable and likeable from the start. I get the rating I did because of the service I received and the care that was afforded me by the sales person (Wes Giesbracht). The first time I went to the dealership with my son. It was a Saturday and we wanted to test drive a car. I had explaied to Wes that I was not going to be buying a car that day. He called me once and then I told him I would be in touch. It was becuase of how he treated me and my son that first day that I decided I would buy a car from him. I returned a couple of weeks later and bought a car. He continues to be in touch to make sure everthing is going okay with my car. I was also introduced to the manager and the service manager who both told me not to hesitate in contactinn them if Wes was not around. More
