My experience at Destination Mazda has overall been great. My only complaint (and the reason for the overall experince and price scores of 4 instead of 5) is the odd hidden fee that I encountered. For example, if the laser etching security service is not optional, it should be included in the sticker price of the vehicle. He continues to be in touch to make sure everthing is going okay with my car.
