I'm retired and maintain my car the best I can but how do I believe the work that "needs" to be done with such an outrageous cost if I don't understand!!!! I tried to apply for the car over the net. i emailed all the requuirements to mark, and the next day i was shocked because i received a call from him telling me that i can pick up the car. so without anycost, i went to crown honda to get my car without seeing it in person... yes, i trusted mark and when i saw the car, it is better than what he described..i don't have any regret trusting him.. so if you are planning to get a car, Look for Mark De Guzman, i'am sure that he can help and answer all your queries. also, unlike other sales person after you purchased a car and they already got their score. they won't even know you at all..but with mark, you can count on him anytime. he is always willing to help even outside his work hours.. with mark you can have the best car and with him you can also win a good friend. Amazing! This was my second time buying a car there and again I was wowed by them. I recently lost my beloved 2013 Honda Fit in an accident and emailed the sal This was my second time buying a car there and again I was wowed by them. I recently lost my beloved 2013 Honda Fit in an accident and emailed the sales rep Kevin Galacia that I was shopping for a new one. A few things really stood out for me with the level of service I was provided. I had sent the email around 6pm on a Saturday evening, and literally within half an hour I received a phone call from him. The Fit I wanted they didn't have, but I was told they could order it. I told Kevin I had to think about it. He warned me the car might not be available if I take too long thinking. In the end it didn't require much thinking and I called back later that afternoon to let him know I wanted it. I discovered he had ordered it for me anyway! They ordered this car just to have it available for me with the risk that I might not want it in the end. The icing on the cake was when we were arranging when I could pick up the car and sign the paperwork. They worked around when I was available. Kevin took a company car to pick me up and drive me to the dealership. They gave me that same car to drive to get my insurance. All in all I have to say that was an awesome buying experience. More
