Every time i drop it off for service i am adamant about making sure they do not wash it, and every time i go to pick it up, it has been washed and scratched (its black). I am one of those people who takes great pride in keeping the paint in pristine condition, the children working in the back servicing the vehicles have absolutely no regard for your vehicles paint job. Avoid this place. More

The new CRV has multiple code software including: assisted cruise control, lane keeping assist, road departure mitigation, collision mitigation, vehicle stability assist, and walk away auto lock. It’s this last one I have a beef with. Apparently the Sport trim does not have as many sensors as the top trim, this means if you walk away from the the front of the vehicle it will not walk auto lock. I read the manual pretty much cover to cover...over 200+ pages. The agent Manish showed off the walk away auto lock feature to me. He never mentioned that it did not have all the sensors of the top trim NOR does the 200+ page booklet say that. As a result at my last Jets game, parked under ground at Portage Place, the vehicle was entered and rummaged for valuables. The thieves upon finding nothing of value showed their dissatisfaction by scratching the passenger door quite severely. I booked an appointment with Crown Honda the response “well even though it’s not in the manual your agent should have told you”. the cost to fix it 1000s$...NOT GOOD ENOUGH CROWN HONDA. More

He continues to hide from the phone calls and always get someone else to phone me as if he is afraid to face his own WORDS. - They have horrible service and take forever to get back to you. DEEP in service was great. Other than that i would never purchase another USED vehicle from here. I will make it a duty of mine to ensure everyone i know and my family and friends, know this is not a place to do professional business. More
