Bad Salesmen Bad bad experience today Honda McPhillips. We got there past 4PM (they close at 6PM) and the agent asked if we're going home with the car today but we Bad bad experience today Honda McPhillips. We got there past 4PM (they close at 6PM) and the agent asked if we're going home with the car today but we said that we would like to see our options first and what deals can we get. I was asking about their deals and all he was saying was "I don't know". He was like telling us that we are wasting their time. He even added that they are paid per hour and they work on commission so if we're not going home with the car today he can't do anything for us. Seriously? Too bad this dealership just lost a sale. We've been to other dealerships before coming here hoping to get a better experience but sadly this not the one. The other salesman personally greeted us outside the door and asked what he can do for us. After some discussion he said he can give pricing ideas. But after a few minutes he was gone and another salesman worked with us and he said that he has a scheduled appointment that just came in. Why greet us at the door when you know you are waiting for another customer to come in? And there are no other customer at that time except us and another family. So disappointed with their customer service. Myself and my friends who came in that day will not get our future vehicles from this dealership. More

They care about money, less about you Well.. those guys seem to be about business, and not for people. They care about dollars,, and less about you.. and if it means they have to disrespec Well.. those guys seem to be about business, and not for people. They care about dollars,, and less about you.. and if it means they have to disrespect their customers, trust me, they will. Which is exactly happened in my case. Play it hardball with them because they don't care about you, they only want their dollars in their pockets, and if they get a better deal, they will just ignore you and will go with the better deal. Is that how customers should be treated? Next time you consider setting up an appointment with them and buy a new car, make sure to triple check that the vehicle you're interested in is actually still there because you might end up coming to their dealership and realize that they have already sold it to a higher bidder. Oh and yes, they won't even let you know about it until you have arrived and all they gonna say is "we're sry". More
