We like doing our research before purchasing a new vehicle and Cory Berube was able to give us all the information we needed to make our decision an easy one. It was our first time buying an SUV. He was very knowledgable with the products that we were looking at. He was also very relaxed on the test drive and open to all of our questions. With his great sense of humour and warm personality we felt very comfortable dealing with Cory. In the dealership itself we found all of the people that we dealt with to be very positive and ready to help in any way. They even fed us a delicious hotdog during their BBQ special of that day. What a great bunch of people. When picking up the vehicle the experience was another notch above the rest. The Tuscon was inside the building in a glass surrounded room all shiney and new with a huge red bow on it. That was the first for us. Of course Cory went through all of the wonderful features with us again and reassured us that we could come back any time to get clarification on any feature that we needed more help with. We are thrilled with our new Tuscon and enjoy driving it. Thanks to Cory and his co-workers it has been the best new car buying experience that we have had to date. Thanks again. More

So in 2016, I was not looking forward to going car shopping because I expected all of the old game playing and manipulation, which I found, until I came to Crowfoot Hyundai. What a breath of fresh air! Damien and Jason answered all of my questions and worked on adding and removing extra features until we came to a price that I could afford. When I came to pick up my vehicle, Jason took the time to walk me through all of the features on it and since has made himself available to answer any questions I have. This is definitely a business I can recommend. More

I noticed early on that there is a significant difference in the integrity and friendless you come across while shopping for a vehicle. Once I met the team at Crowfoot Hyundai, Jason in particular, I knew I had found my dealer. When I met Jason I gave him quite the challenge. I was looking for a long list of features with a tight budget. Most other dealers turned me away, or said they'd look but I never heard back from them. Jason on the other hand communicated with me regularly, and after almost 2 months, found me the perfect vehicle. Everyone at the dealership treated me with respect and friendliness throughout the entire buying process. I've already recommended Crowfoot Hyundai to some friends and family, and will continue to do so. Bonnie More
As a new customer, made to feel very welcome We went in to look at new cars and met Marleau. All we had to do was tell her what we were looking for and she came up with exactly what we wanted. She had one of the cars brought up to the door (it was the one we ended up buying) and carefully went over all the features, with particular reference to the safety features we wanted. Of course, she also pointed out all the other features of the car as well. She is a very capable lady and had an excellent knowledge of the product. More

I just started shopping for a vehicle and the Veloster caught my eye. Marleau was just waaay too much fun to work with. She was positive, informative, very accommodating in everyway, and even allowed me to take a test car for awhile to make certain it accommodated me, my dog and my lifestyle needs. There was absolutely no pressure sales whatsoever; she spent a lot of time with me making sure the Veloster was a good fit for me. Everyone I encountered was amazing. I would definitely recommend Crowfoot Hyundai to my friends. More
Very expensive and poor estimates. I feel that there is a lack consistency, when providing estimates. At my last service appointment, I was provided a quote, then when I scheduled my I feel that there is a lack consistency, when providing estimates. At my last service appointment, I was provided a quote, then when I scheduled my next service I reaffirmed the quote, but was told an amount over $100 more than the original quote. On the day of service I was called and told another $75 from the 2nd quote. Although I don't expect quote to be exact, I would appreciate a more accurate quote. I expressed my concerns with Chris, and I felt that he understood and sympathized with me. He thoroughly explained what service can wait until next time, which helped reduce my cost. For future, I think that reception shouldn't provide quotes or to not down play the quote. It's always easier to budget for more than expected, than to be shocked and pay for more than what you expected. When comparing what services I had done at another shop I had used, I found that the fee was a lot higher. For this reason I will not be returning. More

He is quick to act in an emergency situation and does everything in his power to make my visit and I am sure others excellent! Today he quickly got the body shop to take off my security cap on my tires as I was never given the key to do so. by the car salesman when I purchased the vehicle at this dealership and in order to have the tires installed I had to have the emergency lock taken off first by them. I had to drive from and two Chestermere twice and being a Senior it was exhausting and bumper to bumper traffic on the way back. I started out at 6 in the morning and wasn't done until second trip to Chestermere at 1130 . Chris's quick thinking at 1030 am made it possible for my tire appointment in Chestermere which was schedule for 8 am not able to do so until 1130 am. THANK YOU CHRIS!! Service Calls I have had my Huyndai for a couple of years now, and every time except twice in 2 years, I have received a phone call from the service department aski I have had my Huyndai for a couple of years now, and every time except twice in 2 years, I have received a phone call from the service department asking me if Id like to book my vehicle in for this certain service. I say..."my vehicle is in your shop right now for that is it not...?" Oh Im not sure they say, we will check and get back to you....and they don't. Mass confusion like this happens regularly in the service department. Also there is a employee named Pat who couldn't be ruder to customers on the phone and in person. More
