Having recently gotten into an accident and having my car written off unexpectedly, I was worried about what I'd be able to afford. We met Matt at the auto show and when we went to the dealership he remembered us! Talk about excellent customer service. He was awesome. He was no pressure, super knowledgeable and really understood that I was on a budget. He didn't show me anything he didn't think I could afford and at the same time got me everything I wanted. I ended up buying a 2017 Tucson and I couldn't be happier. He sent me a message a few days after picking up my new ride to see how things were going and I even got an email from the General Manager thanking me for my business. More

Great service from people who care I first brought my 2011 Hyundai Tucson into the Hyundai Crowfoot service center to follow up after Mr. Lube had told me my engine had a moderate leak I first brought my 2011 Hyundai Tucson into the Hyundai Crowfoot service center to follow up after Mr. Lube had told me my engine had a moderate leak during a routine oil change. Sid Sharma said he would take a look and my car has been in exceptional hands ever since. He explained that the "moderate leak" was actually minor and that the engine was just "sweating" oil. Since I had just payed for an oil change, he told me it was safe to wait and come back to have my engine fixed when I was due for another oil change to save me from having to pay for another one right then. Upon returning he worked with me to ensure my warranty covered the repair, and I was lent a new 2017 Elantra to drive during the repairs. When I found out that my wiper fluid had a leak following my engine repair, it was fixed free of charge with a car wash thrown in! I feel confident in the care my car has received from Hyundai Crowfoot and plan to keep going back. More

Toxic fume in interior of new car Just bought a very new 2017 Santa Fe XL Lux. Next week something burned and toxic fume released inside the car with passengers. -10 degrees outside, b Just bought a very new 2017 Santa Fe XL Lux. Next week something burned and toxic fume released inside the car with passengers. -10 degrees outside, but must run with opened windows. They told an oxygen sensor leaked and released unknown fume into climate control system. The issue repeated the very same day after they 'fixed' the oxygen sensor releasing the fume. They did not replace fume saturated air filter saying 'it is normal' for a client to breath it. However, finally replaced for free. Cannot trust such a car in my possession. Car is 'lemon'. If other issues persist, will going to discuss its returning. Poor first experience for such an expensive $60K luxury car. More

I was shocked that I was not only able to obtain the item I came in for (locking keys for tires?) but the service department was able to take my car in and put the new ones that I purchased on my tires. Chris in service was friendly, polite and most helpful. A young mechanic did the work and he was also respectful and helpful in answering a few questions I had and he did the work promptly. I suggest you keep Chris and the mechanic (sorry I didn't catch his name) around there as it's customer service like that which will keep customers coming back. I left the dealership feeling so satisfied as I find now a days good customer service is difficult to find. Very impressive. More
