I have been going to Crowfoot Hyundai for many years and have always had a very positive experience. Just this week, I went in for my routine maintenance and tire swap and, immediately upon arriving, I was have always had a very positive experience. Just this week, I went in for my routine maintenance and tire swap and, immediately upon arriving, I was greeted by my Service Advisor "Jimmy" who was extremely friendly & professional as he clearly explained all the details to me and was also very kind. One of my favorite perks that the dealership offers is their quick and reliable shuttle service and all their drivers are really courteous and they do their best to accommodate everyone as efficiently as possible. During my last visit, "Anton" , one of their most experienced Service Coordinators, who is always very kind and helpful, advised me that the shuttle driver was running a bit late so he immediately offered me a "free" Uber ride which arrived within a few minutes. This allowed me to return to my office earlier that I expected which was great! During every visit, I am always greeted by "Whitney" who is their "Star" Customer Relations Manager who is always checking to see that every customer is having a positive experience and she is always available to help in any way that she can. Overall, I would highly recommend Crowfoot Hyundai to everyone including my family & friends! More

Brought my Santa Fe in for an oil change. Got a shuttle each way which was super handy and quick. They called me immediately when it was done. Just brought in my vehicle for a coolant leak. It apparently is a cracked radiator and the part won't be in for 4-6 weeks. The car is new with 14k Kms. Service was done on my vehicle with little to no explanation on what each item was. I had to wait for a call to see when my vehicle was finished, I waited and waited and waited….after I phoned, I fo explanation on what each item was. I had to wait for a call to see when my vehicle was finished, I waited and waited and waited….after I phoned, I found out my service manager had left for the day and not notified anyone that everything was finished.
