On the advice of a good friend of ours, we arrived at Crowfoot Dodge to meet Don Baker. Wow!! We were guided in the right direction in a choice of vehicle. There was no pressure in making a purchase right away, however the dealership happened to have what we wanted, and we took our new vehicle home the same day. I was impressed with the breadth and depth of knowledge that Don has with the Jeep line up. Don is a great sales person and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him to anyone. As a woman shopping for a new vehicle can be a stressful experience. I have been car shopping and sales people have treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about, and that the most important feature of a car was the lights on the visor mirror so I could put on my lipstick (so wish i was exaggerating). Don explained the engine options, and various groups available in the cherokee versions to make both of us comfortable with our purchase. Don didn't try to sell us on options that we did not need, but reminded us of a few options we might consider. This will be a vehicle that we will own for a long time and I look forward to driving our new Jeep. More

Great Experience & Service Bought my new Ram 1500 here and had a great experience. Emailed in regarding trading in my 4Runner. Raj emailed me back right away to organize a meet. Came in the next day and when Raj was busy with another customer he had Marty come and take care of me until he finished with his customer. Gave me great value on my trade in and looked after me while the financing was going through. Brought me a tim hortons coffee and sandwich. Thats what I call over the top service A1! Thanks again. Salesman was great,finance and trade in personnel nightmare Don the salesman was very helpful and not pushy, the vehicle was a demo which had everything I wanted. When it came time to negotiate my trade in and the cost of the truck it was turned over to the finance/closing group. This was an extremely frustrating process they did not breakdown all the extras in the purchase price,(just one figure) when I started to ask about the breakdown they didn't add up properly and I found out they had included some extra insurance with out telling me, and that I didn't need!! And the price for my trade in was reduced and the difference was made up in the tax credit! And the math was off! The numbers didn't add up correctly. So I was not happy at all with that, I left the dealership and returned the next day with a cheque for what I felt was fair for both, they ended up removing the tonneau cover worth $599 off the truck to make the deal. That to me defined what kind of dealership I was working with. In hindsight I should have walked away, but to lose the truck over a tonneau cover seemed pretty pathetic. I was also a return customer, and not sure if I will deal with them in the future. More
