Unprofessional I have been to this dealership many times a few months go I bought a brand new jeep I had no issues. I bought a 2017 dodge ram this time and it was by I have been to this dealership many times a few months go I bought a brand new jeep I had no issues. I bought a 2017 dodge ram this time and it was by far the worst experience at a dealership I've witnessed. There is nothing wrong with the truck.The sales man that helped me was polite and very helpful. The others were very condescending I felt really belittled I was being lied to and talked down to after trying to buy a second vehicle. I don't know if they had a miscommunication between there staff but it was dealt with in a very unprofessional manner. I have never posted any bad reviews but this was real shocking to me and felt the need to. After years of giving business to this dealership I will no longer recommend crowfoot dodge to anyone. More

Excellent, prompt, and very friendly service by Jaon Merhi." Jason "Jay" helped me tremendously with the purchase of a 2011 Honda Civic Sedan. I replied to his ad on kijiji, and within minutes had an appointmen Jason "Jay" helped me tremendously with the purchase of a 2011 Honda Civic Sedan. I replied to his ad on kijiji, and within minutes had an appointment to see the car early the next day. Jay even traded some jokes with me over the phone. Great guy. Jay was ready with the car. We test drove with pleasant conversation. We then returned to his office and negotiated a price quickly. Jay was very honorable, as the car had been listed at a lower price than what the manager desired, but Jay honored our price and even negotiated lower. Excellent associate. Jay even came out with me in the pouring rain to place the license plate. I have not had such a positive experience at a dealership as I did with Jay, and the vehicle being a Honda, Jay was incredibly knowledgeable and recommended the car highly. If more dealerships were managed and run the way Jay handles each of his sales and customers, the auto industry would increase its sales dramatically. Jay thanks for everything. I could not recommend Jay more highly, see him if you are looking for a vehicle. More

Excellent Service - Don Baker! I recently purchased my 2017 Jeep Wrangler at Crowfoot Dodge. Don Baker was awesome! He listened to my needs/wants and was helpful making a few sugges I recently purchased my 2017 Jeep Wrangler at Crowfoot Dodge. Don Baker was awesome! He listened to my needs/wants and was helpful making a few suggestions. he had some of the other sales guys who own Jeeps come over and chat about pros/cons so I felt more comfortable. One of my concerns was weather this vehicle would fit into my garage Don piped up and said lets go check it out so we did! After purchasing the vehicle Don showed me around the dealership and introduced me to everyone. Now when I go in everyone from the receptionist to parts and service know who I am! More Smoke and Mirrors Just got a call from a guy that indicated he was from Chrysler Canada and was working with Crowfoot Dodge to increase some sales because he had some i Just got a call from a guy that indicated he was from Chrysler Canada and was working with Crowfoot Dodge to increase some sales because he had some incentive money from Chrysler Canada he needed to spend on making deals happen. The guy called from this number? 613-816-0976 Guess what!!! There is no guy from the Chrysler factory handing out money to make deals happen... this is just a shady and deceptive sales tactic from your "friends" at Crowfoot dodge. They hire this third party marketing company to make these sales blasts when someone has previously walked away!?!? Lame business tactic Crowfoot... super lame. Jesse gave me a quote on a 2017 Ram Limited for $50700.... he wrote it on his card, wouldn't do it any other way. Then told me he would throw in 6 months extra warranty on the vehicle because it was a demo, and honour the full warranty from the date I took possession. He then pointed to a salesmen beside me and told me that he just refused a the same deal for someone else at $49300... well guess what... the other deal was NOT on a demo, it was on a NEW Ram Limited with 0kms on it... Jesse was going to sell me a Demo for the same price as a new Ram but tried to spin it like it was the same deal?! More

I had planned to visit other dealers It is very simple. Our salesperson Don Baker was the main reason that I decided to purchase a 2016 Dodge Journey. I had planned to visit other dealerships but Don understood what I wanted and found the ideal vehicle for us in his inventory. There was no need to look further. Don's easy going manner made the negotiations quick and painless. When I returned a week after purchasing the vehicle with a scratch in the paint, he immediately dealt with it and had it repaired at no cost to me. I hope that Crowfoot Dodge values Don as an employee because he knows how to satisfy and treat their customers! More

I was there for a Oil change service I have to say I have been to this dealership on 2 occasions for service and each time it was beyond what I expected. The guy who did the paperwork on I have to say I have been to this dealership on 2 occasions for service and each time it was beyond what I expected. The guy who did the paperwork on my vechile for service was so polite and professional My service ran a little longer than expected he was the first to come to me and say he was sorry and reduced my bill for my troubles.
