The chat led to arranging a time to meet with Ray to take a look at the vehicle. After a test drive and a painless negotiation to arrive at a fair price for all we had a deal! On the pick up day Ray picked me up at home, took me to the dealership to complete the financial arrangements, gave me a ride to register the vehicle and get a plate, then put the plate on himself! Ray did it all, from the online chat, the test drive and deal, and even operated the bay door to let me out of the service area! They don't discuss any pricing prior to the service they do to your vehicles and My truck is a lot nicer than the people that work at Crowfoot Dodge. I guess the nicer dodge vehicle that you drive of theirs the more they feel they can take advantage of you. I've never been treated so poorly especially for driving a vehicle with their logo on it. Stay away from these thieves. They'll try selling you a new vehicle every time you walk in the door though so I guess that's why they might be described as friendly. More
