She worked to get the me best deal and she did. She took the time to talk with us to see what we needed, she never once pushed the sale and I felt 100% comfortable buying the vehicle. Being a single mother I have a certain budget and she was able to work with in that budget even though it wasn't much. I would recommend anybody to go see Liisa if they are shopping for a new or used vehicle. Jody More

He was friendly, respectful, and not at all pushy. When we decided to buy he was happy to answer questions about and show us any model and to help us decide what would suit us best. He never rushed us or tried to convince us of anything. Once we made our decision he arranged the paperwork right away and offered to have the vehicle ready for us that afternoon or the next morning. Very efficient with very little to bother us. The guy with the paperwork was equally as friendly and efficient. The lady at the reception desk was also knowledgable and helpful. Other sales people we ran into were of the same ilk. The good experience we found when buying our Pacifica was a deal maker. We have been to many other dealerships where we felt pushed, overwhelmed with the effusiveness of a salesperson. Not so here. We have bought here before and have found the post sale service is provided with the same attitude and caring that we found during the purchasing process. Ann G More

Well....what I can say is that this dealership is hiring a lot of inexperienced professionals and need to focus more on the quality and customer service. Somewhere there is a disconnect which is adding to the bad reputation of this dealership. More

I then took a walk through the show room and a DEMO unit was in the Show Room and I asked a very pleasant gentleman about it. He happened to be Chad Vosburgh who then answered the questions I had - it turned out I'd remembered chatting to him at the recent Auto Show. Following a telephone conversation with my wife, her main concern was that our next new vehicle had to have car seat heaters, otherwise she was going to be happy with whatever I chose. The bargaining was an expected experience and very cordial. I am very happy with the vehicle and also very much appreciated the follow-up orientation given by Chad about the features of our new vehicle. I drove away a very happy bunny. More

We realized our old 2004 truck may not be up to the task and felt we would feel more confident with a newer vehicle. Our local dealership, who we have dealt with for the past 20+ years, had no interest in helping us find a reasonable replacement truck. They were only interested in selling us an overpriced, impractical vehicle that was out of our price range. The salesman my husband spoke to, rudely commented that he "didn't want to spend any money". We decided then to look for a new dealership who would appreciate our business, After looking on the internet, we saw that Crowfoot Dodge had a good selection of trucks. We contacted the dealership and were directed to Chad. My husband told Chad the type of truck and features we were looking for. Although he didn't have all the answers to all our questions, he was able to research and provide us with the information we needed in a timely fashion. When we arrived at the dealership he had several trucks picked out for us to look at. After making our choice, Chad worked with us to get the options we wanted including the installation of the 5th wheel hitch. Next we were off to see Dave, the finance guy. Dave was able to get us some good deals and keep us within our budget. We enjoyed the friendly nature of Chad, Dave and all of the Crowfoot Dodge staff we dealt with. When we picked up the truck it was absolutely perfect!! We will recommend Crowfoot Dodge to others!! More

It is a big deal & an expensive purchase, so it is important to have a Sales Person who is on your side. Asad Sattar (Financing) was direct & clear. He was non-judgmental & very approachable. I will never purchase another vehicle from any other dealership. Thank you so much for making what could be an intimidating experience a pleasant experience. More

Need to read the small print of any 'extras' you will be offered by finance at the moment of signing, but everywhere else is the same. In general customers need to do their homework and know exactly what options they need on a new vehicle and know which options they can live without, research the price of the vehicle ahead of time and if they are special offers available at the time. It seems that they might quote MSRP and not pass down possible offers available (at first) if you do not mention them (like loyalty, manufacturer, etc). More
