I was always able to get an update on progress from Crowfoot. If you are looking for a laid back friendly easy to deal with sales person, Don fills the bill. Easy to talk with and zero pressure. The way dealerships work there has to be a finance person. Kevin was good to work with and not a lot of pressure. We got the deal/paperwork done in about an hour. Harpreet, the sales manager, was professional to deal with, factual and crisp. He also drives a 2019 Ram 1500. If you are shopping for a Ram or Jeep product, definitely give Crowfoot a look. Poorly organized and no repeat customer loyalty I have purchased 3 new trucks here in a four year period. My latest purchase was a 2016 fully loaded Ram 3500 and first issue with service department I have purchased 3 new trucks here in a four year period. My latest purchase was a 2016 fully loaded Ram 3500 and first issue with service department was key fob for vehicle had all printed/painted symbols and writing rubbed off at 30,000 kms. Service told me this is due to not normal wear and did not replace. Since then I have used second set and stored them in the same pocket for 55,000 kms and they look like new. I recently booked it in for service for 5ish recalls the vehicle has pending and requested a loaner vehicle as this is my work truck. I drop my vehicle off this morning and of course they don’t have a loaner available but tell me they can get me a good rate for a rental? If you’re are looking for a dealership that truly appreciates your business this is not the one for you. My experiences with Crowfoot Dodge has ended the cycle of buying new Dodge trucks not only from them but anyone else. More

Service department cares more about profit than customers. Took my 2011 Ram 1500 in for an oil change and tire rotation at 75,000km. The service rep called to say that the required service at this interval inc Took my 2011 Ram 1500 in for an oil change and tire rotation at 75,000km. The service rep called to say that the required service at this interval included a power steering flush, a rear diff and transfer case flush, and a brake system flush. Unfortunately I did not have my manual with me (it was in the truck) so I made the assumption (and you know what that means) that it must be required. I also asked for a full synthetic oil change. Turns out the only thing in the service manual is to change the oil and rotate the tires. If the truck were in heavy duty service then it should be checked to see if the fluids needed to be changed. Needless to say, but this truck does NOT see heavy service. So after 1500 dollars and a day in the shop I pick up the truck and noticed something else. The service tag on the window says to be back for the next oil change in 5000km!! The manual even states up to 13,000km unless heavy service with conventional oil! The fact that they did not even call to discuss that is what made me look at the other items. Obviously they care more about profits than they do about their customers or the environment. Needless to say they have lost a customer and I will/would not recommend them to anyone. Update: After a number of attempts to meet the manager in person (he was always out when I came in) as well as a number of call attempts (including a return call from the manager when I was not in) I have given up trying to get this addressed. My opinion is to avoid this dealership if you value integrity as well as your hard earned money. Update #2 Just checked oil levels after 6000kms. Oil is very dark and I now have my suspicions that it was never changed in the first place. I should have checked it as soon as I got home. I have no proof that it was not changed, but I will never go to this dealership ever again. Update #3 Sorry Chris, not buying it. If my truck were in some sort of severe service, maybe. But since no one even asks if that is the case the comments you make below seem more about servicing your bottom line than taking care of your customers. Motor oils these days, in almost any save the most severe service, are extremely robust and do not need changing ever 5000kms. I will not be returning and you can keep your free oil change. More
