Large stain on drivers seat. I had my Dodge Ram in for some safety recalls so I decided to have them do an oil change as well, the work was completed in a timely fashion and the s I had my Dodge Ram in for some safety recalls so I decided to have them do an oil change as well, the work was completed in a timely fashion and the service representative that I dealt with was pleasant, but later I notices a stain on my driver seat approximately 5 inches in diameter, and my truck smells like a mechanic shop. I phoned the service shop the next morning and when they got back to me in the afternoon I was asked to bring it in and they would clean it, unfortunately I was busy and couldn't go. He did apologize for the stain and the fact that I would have to clean it myself. At the end of the day it's not a huge deal as my seats are leather and it should wipe off but it does not give me confidence to take it back to them to have any of the other work that is required on my truck that they identified while doing the oils change. More
