oil change Friendly, efficient staff. Great service! I was looked after by Dennis the technician and his assistant Teddy as well as their apprentice Kyle and Cas Friendly, efficient staff. Great service! I was looked after by Dennis the technician and his assistant Teddy as well as their apprentice Kyle and Cassandra at the desk. As well James. They checked extras on my car to be sure everything was in good order! And i only came in for an oil change. I highly recommend crosstown in Edmonton. They do an awesome job and are courteous and friendly! Great job guys!! More

My little 2013 car, which I owed 3x it's w Purchasing a vehicle can be very frustrating and disappointing all depends who you trust, research is key. My little 2013 car, which I owed 3x it's worth was a financial hardship, one I thought I would never get out of. However, Jerry Joseph Crosstown Auto Specialist sent me a random email one morning, asking if my email was still active as I dealt with them in the past . I immediately responded as my past experience was not a happy one. However, after agreeing to communicate whether the news was good or bad I agreed to resubmit a application. Jerry was honest, persistent, punctual and caring. Treated me and my family with great respect. He introduced me to Marco his finance manger who worked on my file and 2 days later got APPROVED! I am greatful for Marco's hard work, determination, loyalty and commitment. 3 days later I drove off with My Brand New 2016 DodgeRam 1500 HEMI !!!! I recommend anyone stuck in a financial situation to give Jerry and Marco a call, they truly are an awesome team!!! More

Service at the quick lube! Thanks to Dennis at the quick lube! A few months ago when my vehicle was in the main service centre it had an oil change. Not everything was complet Thanks to Dennis at the quick lube! A few months ago when my vehicle was in the main service centre it had an oil change. Not everything was completed as it should have been. Fortunately my vehicle hung on until today when it went in for an oil change and the issue was corrected. I appreciate the time he took to explain to me what had happened and how he corrected it! More

2015 Jeep Renegade I was in the market for a new vehicle, and after looking around different dealerships, I found out that Crosstown Auto Centre was the only one in Edmo I was in the market for a new vehicle, and after looking around different dealerships, I found out that Crosstown Auto Centre was the only one in Edmonton that had the Jeep with all the specifications I wanted. I called early in the morning and was very fortunate to be connected with Chester and Tony, who guaranteed that the vehicle would be reserved for me until I came to visit later on in the day. And when I came to visit, the vehicle was ready, cleaned, and prepared for me to take home. Chester and Tony placed no pressure on me, were very helpful, and were able to give me a great price. Truck of our dreams Octob October, 30.2015 On our way looking for a different, used truck, we stopped at Crosstown Auto Centre in Edmonton. We met sales person Colin Struth. He is a very friendly guy, knows a lot, doing almost everything to make the customer happy. We ended up with buying a RAM 1500 Longhorn, brandnew! The conditions are great, we got a lot of stuff on top, what made us pretty happy. Even Jeremy Hamilton, a great, very helpful guy, explained everything and was very patient about our questions. At the end, these guys let us drive home with our dream truck, the same day and we were proud like xxxx, we can tell. A Lovely Morning I popped into Crosstown for an oil change on my 2014 Grand Cherokee. Cassandra greeted me like I was her favorite uncle. Made me feel very much appr I popped into Crosstown for an oil change on my 2014 Grand Cherokee. Cassandra greeted me like I was her favorite uncle. Made me feel very much appreciated. The service was prompt and efficient. My SUV was done about the same time as I finished my sausage and egg wrap at the dealer's food bar. The computer showed my vehicle was subject to a recall - for which Cassandra ordered the parts. I quite like doing business with Crosstown. More
