oil change and management gone bad.. I had decided to get a service done on my 2015 Dodge 3500 Diesel at the Crosstown dealership while I was in town. (I live in Fort McMurray) The Servic I had decided to get a service done on my 2015 Dodge 3500 Diesel at the Crosstown dealership while I was in town. (I live in Fort McMurray) The Service Advisor I was dealing with was actually great, she was very polite and easy to talk to. I finished up with the service which came to $498.00 and then returned to Fort McMurray for my set on. After my set on I was set to go back to Edmonton and while packing on my truck I decided to check my engine oil. The oil wasn't even registering on the dipstick. I had to put 6.4 lts of oil for it to register on full. So I put whatever I had available to me at 3am which was 15-40 and went on my merry way back to Edmonton. When I arrived I went to Crosstown to discuss my issue, I went in and yet again the Service Advisor was great. I was brought to the Service Manager Doug, he didn't even get up from behind his desk or even greet me. He just sat there and asked "What seems to be your problem," I informed him of what the deal was and he pretty much accused me of being a liar. He said "That's not true, you know what come back next week and I'll hook your truck up to the diagnostic equipment it will then tell me how low your truck was on oil, if it even was in fact low." Little did he know I'm a Journeyman Truck Transport Mechanic and just so you all know, the diagnostic equipment does not inform you on how much oil you may have at any given time. What Doug said wasn't true, it will inform you on oil pressure codes certainly, but not the amount of oil. He still didn't ask at this time what it is they could do to rectify the issue. So I told him, I want my oil and filter changed. I didn't pay $498 to have my Full Syn, oil 6.4 lts low and have it mixed with 15-40 mineral oil. After arguing for another 10 minutes he finally gave me my oil change and told me to head out. While they were changing my oil I informed the general manager which he 100% agreed that the way I was treated was very poor. Then he said "Although Doug is here working on his day off"....seriously? Whether he is in on his day off or not, that's not an excuse for him to treat me the way he did. He's representing Crosstown. Grow up. The general manager again apologized and I went on my way. I would never deal with the service Dept if Doug the Service Manager is involved in any way. Clearly he is only interested in saying whatever he can to cover himself and not take any blame for poor workmanship. Goodluck! More

Ended up with a $300+ car wash, they cleaned mud from tires. Asked for owner's manual, didn't get that either! Not going back there again! Cheaper 500 miles north! Original bill for services was $530+., for an oil change/inspection that should have taken no more than 2 hours. Will go to another Dodge dealership in the future! More

I would like to give a specific shout out to Patrick Rego though as this guy not only went above and beyond but treated me like family and not a customer. Crosstown didn't have what i was looking for so Patrick went out and with the help of Dave brought in the closest thing possible from out of province and installed everything i wanted after market while keeping it within my budget. Patrick kept me updated while my truck was being "reborn" and was always only a phone call away if i had any questions or concerns. Patrick was so involved and excited from start to finish making everything "pristine and perfect" that i was beginning to wonder if we were talking about a truck he was buying or me :) Thank you for everything. They fought tooth and nail to assist in getting me the best value and trade in! They worked with the banks to get me the best rates and even lowered my payments! Best dealership out there! More

Awesome experience with service department I am someone who always works on my own vehicles, but a problem came up with my ECM and knew I couldn't do it myself. Was worried about going to a dea I am someone who always works on my own vehicles, but a problem came up with my ECM and knew I couldn't do it myself. Was worried about going to a dealer, but didn't really have much of a choice and was rushed for time to get it done since it was a Saturday and i needed my truck for Monday morning. Dealt with service rep Robert Obando, who was awesome. Told him all I knew and what had to be done and that it was rushed and got it in and out no problem. Was worried about the price of the shop rate, but their techs didn't go back over any of my work, just programmed the ECM and done. If I ever need to take my vehicle to the dealer again, there's no where else i would rather take them than to Crosstown. More

Finally we decided on a 3500 Dodge Ram. Everyone, Adam, Marko and Patrick were all up front about everything, no hidden surprises. The Serviceman, Paulo, even stayed late to finish the prep on the truck for us to be able to pick it up on Saturday vice Monday. We were treated to lunch which was so nice. It was a pleasure dealing with Marko on financing the vehicle. We purchased the extended warranty on his recommendation. Our experience was seamless. I spoke with the manager Mr Comrie and told him how nice the showroom looked for Christmas, and he credited his wife with the great decorations. The dealership works on a team platform. Everyone supports the next one, which is so nice. I believe Chrysler Canada has a great dealership with Crosstown Auto Centre, in Edmonton representing them. Our only recommendation would be that Chrysler Canada make it easier to access the Diesel Supplement Manual. Also Instead of a disc for the 2015 Owner's Information, having it on a stick would be very nice. Thank You. Warren & Cherie Kelley More
