I brought my brand new truck over for a recall for the DEF system on my ram, 3500 Cummins and their mechanic rear ended a guy and someone rear ended him. So they fixed my truck and wouldn’t do anything about the depreciation. I’m gonna lose when I go to sell it, or trade it in, they basically told me too bad and I was talking to the general manager Brian and the service manager Chad and nobody wanted to do anything for me. I would stay as far away from this place as possible. The services is terrible and the service advisor was rude. Now when I go to trade in my truck, I’m gonna lose $10,000 or more and they don’t care ., I got my truck back and both front and rear bumpers are still tweaked and not straight. They told me to come back so they can fix it but I’m done with this place. It’s just a crap shoot. More
October 2023, We bought a used but looked to be great condition Toyota tundra from crosstown. After speaking with a sales person numerous times on the phone as we live 4+hours away I was assured the the condition Toyota tundra from crosstown. After speaking with a sales person numerous times on the phone as we live 4+hours away I was assured the the truck was and I quote"front line ready" and all was working as it should, had gone through a thorough inspection and any found issues were fixed. So far from the truth! We did test drive the truck, everything seemed fine besides needing a good detail. On our way home we noticed there was no heat, we had a/c and air flow but no heat. The next morning we contacted the dealership to figure out the issue and were instructed to bring it to their "sister" dealership where we live rather than driving 4 hours back to crosstown. The sister dealership couldn't fix the issue( dodge technicians are not trained on Toyotas) so we were then instructed to take to our local Toyota dealer. They looked it over and sent the inspection back to crosstown who decided that they would rather pick up the truck and bring it back to fix at crosstown. After having a rental( they did cover this for us) for over 1 months the truck was returned, the heat issue is fixed however it was brought back with no gas ( was almost full when we sent in) , still dirty and the remote start no longer working( they disconnected it when fixing the heat). We've been quoted $800 for Toyota to do the work to reconnect the remote start( it is a big job involving removing the entire dash) After all we are fed up with this place. The salesman abandoned us, the business person put extra charges that are illegal on our final bill ( Alberta is an all in pricing province). I will never do business with this dealership nor any of their affiliate dealerships ever again. The only person that actually acknowledged is and communicated in a timely and informative way was the service manager Brian. More
Put my car into service here 2 twice I have a 2022 Jeep compas bought end of last year. Somehow from normal driving my break calliper snapped in half. Which is concerning in the first place that my car could break so badly from normal driving so maybe skip Jeep as they cant handle driving with out breaking. Then to make things worse I was told a week to have my car repaired and to pay out of pocket but this didn’t happen it has been a month now. I am still waiting and I have been trying to get a drive car but to no avail. I have a disabled wife that was in a coma not very long ago so taking her to medical appointments or any where has become a huge challenge as I only have my motor bike to get around. I am not sure the problem would been an sort fix anywhere else as the part is on back order but at the end of the day they are a Jeep dealership that can’t provide a part to complete a order or a drive car to cover the interim issue. I bought a car in February. I had it for 3 months and it broke down and won't start also there are many other mechanical problems. This vehicle was unsafe to drive. I have to take it to Ford and see what the problem is where I am spending money for a car that I can't drive and insurance too. More
