We dealt with the same Salesman, Manny Hanna, each time and each time he went above and beyond to ensure that we received the "best bang for our buck". My wife purchased a 2015 Dodge Dart and my son purchased a 2016 Jeep Cherokee from Manny within two weeks of each other and can't rave enough about how friendly and helpful Manny is. More

It's the person, not the brand In early 2010, I bought a used vehicle from an Edmonton dealership. By the time I left, I swore I never wanted to see that salesman or his manager ev In early 2010, I bought a used vehicle from an Edmonton dealership. By the time I left, I swore I never wanted to see that salesman or his manager ever again. Over a month later I took that vehicle to another dealership and was told I needed over $900 in brake work (outside of the 30 day warranty from the previous dealership). When I arrived at reception to pick up my vehicle, the receptionist was busy on the phone. A salesman came over and asked if he could help. I said I was just there to pick up my vehicle. He looked at my invoice and asked if I might be interested in trading that in for a newer vehicle. I told him no thanks, I wanted to decrease my expenses not increase them. As he walked away he said, "you should learn to manage . you're 'expletive' money. I'm not joking or exaggerating. To top it off, my house burned down a few months earlier and I lost everything which was the reason for buying the used vehicle to begin with. I don't look forward to buying vehicles because it represents a significant expense and nobody wants to make that decision under duress. And I already don't like salesmen. The day I decided to stop by Crosstown just to have a look and play with ideas, I didn't plan on talking to anyone I just wanted to look then leave. My vehicle was paid for but was getting a bit old so I figured the time to look was when I didn't have to. No pressure. When I ran into Ismael, he asked if he could help, I told him I was just looking, he talked about the vehicles I had in mind, and left it at that. No pressure. Just a conversation. Later on I spoke with my wife about the possibility of trading in for something new that could tow a small trailer. I told her I actually liked dealing with Ismael. She came with me on the second visit and agreed that this was a much different experience than our previous experiences. Within a few days, I'm signing the papers with Joy in finance, shaking Ismael's hand and driving off with a new vehicle and actually feeling pretty good about it. I won't rate a dealership because a dealership is made up of people and a person can make a company look bad, or look good. I'll simply rate my experience so far based on the individuals I dealt with. If I hadn't met Ismael, I would still be driving my old '09 van. That's how much of a difference his approach made with me. Just casual. I ask a question, I get an answer. No pretense. What a relief. Someone you can easily imagine just sharing a cup of coffee with. In this review I'm asked if I would recommend this dealership. I gave a 4 star but it doesn't mean much because it depends so much on the people. Ismael and Joy made the experience great. More

Used car sales department is below par I recently bought a used truck from Crosstown. I bought the truck for the truck, not because I I liked the dealership in the first place. The used car staff could take a few lessons on being professional and treating the customer in a way that a customer would recommend them to others. I will not! Go to pick up my very expensive used truck, they did not have it cleaned or fuelled up! I had to do it, not impressed. Finance department (Joy) was terrific to deal with. Never again Crosstown. More
