Months into driving our 2015 caravan someone hit and wrote off our caravan. We loved the caravan and thought we would return to Jorge as he seemed personable the first time. Jorge quoted us a price and handed us the papers then few days later he tells us he wrote the wrong interest and price (only after the fact of being asked about it), tried to push us into the second sale, and tried to hid numbers. When I questioned the numbers again as it seemed wrong he tried to hid the numbers (interest and price) from me. We then came back with his original numbers and were told he couldn't do nothing about it and it was no big deal. (To us interest and thousands of dollars is a big deal). Originally he quoted 0% but then tried to change it to 3.49%. When I called him out on misquoting the numbers only days before he tried to blame his higher ups and still push a sale. We understand that people make mistakes, but do not appreciate him not being up front with his mistake, trying to hide the drastic change in interest and price (thousands of dollars), and his attitude when he was questioned on doing the same. RUN - TURN AROUND AND RUN AS FAR AS YOU CAN FROM THIS PLACE. I purchased my 2013 ford edge from Tyler Porter about 6 months ago. There were a couple issues upon the first test drive that I wanted fixed before I I purchased my 2013 ford edge from Tyler Porter about 6 months ago. There were a couple issues upon the first test drive that I wanted fixed before I signed any papers, Tyler and his manager Husny both assured me that they would be fixed as soon as the papers were signed. 6 months later and my car is finally in the shop, not even theirs either !!! The sunroof would open all the way and then not close, Crosstown Mechanics checked it out and told me that ford would have to fix it but they would cover it, ford looked at and found out that all's it needed was a cleaning. Throughout this entire ordeal, I had to call Tyler over 4 times from the time i dropped my car off @ 11:30 am May 1st - By the end of Monday, all that had been done was an oil change -- around 430pm he was finally taking it over to ford for the other repairs. Shortly after it was dropped off at City Ford, I received a phone call from their service manager letting me know that he had my car but had no idea what was going on or what needed to be done. I informed him of everything. I then called Tyler and asked him why he hadn't explained to City Ford that they were going to be taking care of the sunroof, he said he needed to talk to his manager and would call me back. After I hadn't heard from him ab hour later i called back, he said that Ford was now closed and he would call them bright and early as soon as they were open, I called City Ford at 11am and they still hadn't received a call from Tyler. So i took it upon myself to call finance, get my policy number, find out what was covered and phone City Ford to inform them. All the while, Tyler had done NOTHING to help. His excuse was that he was busy all morning -- it took me not even 5 minutes to get the policy number and find out what was covered. My car could have been done this afternoon but because Tyler clearly doesn't value my business, It wont be done today. Tyler Porter & his Manager Husny @ Crosstown made this "exciting" time of buying a new to me vehicle nothing but stress, disappointment and frustration. I am beyond done with this company and I will NEVER EVER recommend this crap service to anybody I know or anybody I hear thinking of going to this place. More

Not too good service from Sales Person Purchased 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan Sat. April 22nd. (Traded 2015 Town & Country). The Demo and actual Sale Was OK. Promised Free Gift and Free Car W Purchased 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan Sat. April 22nd. (Traded 2015 Town & Country). The Demo and actual Sale Was OK. Promised Free Gift and Free Car Washes. At delivery, we had to specifically ask for those Items. This Vehicle is equipped with a DVD Player. Arriving Home, we found the headsets and remote missing. Phoned Ismael on 24th April and asked for missing Items.He promised to look for them and will be available later that day. Went to the Dealership in the evening and were told we bought a "USED VEHICLE" And it came without these Items. Then, after a short argument, he reached into his desk drawer and I was handed 1 Headset and remote and that was the best he could do. A 2015 Vehicle that was used within the Dealership only (3000km) Should be delivered with all Factory Equipment as originally supplied! We Previously Purchased fro Crosstown old location 104ave and had very good experiences with Mo Hamdan and Hadi Tamraz. Had I known either of those 2 are still working there, I would surely have looked them up More
New Vehicle Purchase We returned to Crosstown to buy our third new vehicle in two years. David Comrie was awesome in making the deal happen. Marco did a great job telling us about the benefits of extended warranty and buying oil changes. We feel dealing with Crosstown is always a good experience - the Service Dept, the Parts Counter and the great Bristo Restaurant is always a pleasure to deal with. The staff always goes the extra mile to make each visit positive and good. Truly enjoy the car wash benefit. During our dealings in purchasing our vehicle we were not pressured or pushed into making a decision, we had visited the showroom more than once, and when we were ready to make the decision to purchase, it was a smooth dealing with the salesman. It was a good feeling when we arrived to pick up our vehicle and it was inside waiting for us, while it was snowing outside! Thank you Crosstown. More
Durango happy I was looking for a new Durango, after visiting a couple dealerships (they couldn't be bothered) I reached out to Crosstown. My email was immediately I was looking for a new Durango, after visiting a couple dealerships (they couldn't be bothered) I reached out to Crosstown. My email was immediately responded to and my search was dealt with not only professionalism but enthusiasm! Two days later I travelled to Edmonton to check out the 2 models I was interested in. A brief 20 minutes in the dealership and we were talking prices and drawing up papers. Over to the finance department where I could have sat all day and 'visited' Ashley and Marco not only made the experience wonderful but full of fun!! I was so completely blown away by an awesome experience! I would highly recommend Crosstown; as well go back for future needs. More
