I responded about the dealerships I had been to and what a pain it is to buy a used car. You ask for the best price and they tell you the list price. When you go to leave the price suddenly drops again, then they call you later with a sudden savings. I was told Manny doesn’t do this, he is upfront and will get me what I need if they have it or he will find it. I drop by Crosstown with my friend and I meet Manny. What a difference, no xx, I tell him what I need and he shows me the vehicles I’m actually interested in. What was really nice is he steered me away from what wasn’t a good choice. I wanted a diesel to tow my trailer and it had to be my daily driver. I was thinking a Ram 2500 with a Cummins, but he pointed out the downsides. I ended up with an amazing 15 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit diesel with a warranty transfer and 53,000 km. This is where the way Manny deals with people really came through. I had my sister in law come over, again no xx. Manny showed her the options as she had no vehicle in mind, only what she needed. He found her the perfect vehicle, a 17 Durango GT. The difficulty was her husband wanted to get some decent money for his old van, it was worth nothing. However, Manny made it work and kept her husband happy. The final piece was my father in law, he’s not easy to deal with at 81 years old. Manny helped him find a 14 Grand Cherokee, traded in his old vehicle and he was sold and happy. I have no idea how Manny pulled this off? It says a lot about Manny. If you are reading this, go see Manny. Tell him to make it as painless as what is says in this review. Used car salesman get a bad name, but give Manny a try. I am sure glad I did. Note: The above happened over three days. More
Unsatisfied Had a horrible experience with crosstown. Not recommended for anyone looking for a vehicle or any sort of car service. Since crosstown won't respond to my complaints I've helped turn as many people as possible away from these crooks. Be wise and shop some where else. More

It took 2 months to get the cash back that I was told I would have before leaving the lot. Salesman boasted about how many sales he makes and that the dealership was a 5 million dollar business so it was doubtful my $1500 was a big deal. Again...it took 2 months of being dodged and not having calls returned. I feel that if I did not call and defend myself I would never have received my money. It makes me wonder how many people who do not have the same personality as me have been ripped off. If I could give ZERO stars I would. If I could take the car back I gladly would and go somewhere else. Hopefully we can save someone else from an experience like this. More

They went directly to Crosstown where instead of helping them repair the vehicle were told it was not repairable and conned them into buying a overpriced truck. They now have 2 vehicle payments they are 60 and 78 years old. The payments are over 96 months. REALLY who can afford 2 truck payments especially when you are a senior as it turns out the original truck will be repaired so they are stuck with 2 vehicles and 2 payments. If this is how they treat their valued customers I would hate to xxxx them off. DONT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS. More

He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I decided on a truck the process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional. I felt like family by the end of the whole process! I would recommend Crosstown Chrysler Dealership (Jecris in particular) to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle. good job 👏 More
three repair visits - still not fixed. upsell upsell upsell third time bringing my JEEP in for the same missed item, stemming all of the way back to November 2017, and it is still not done. The last visit no se third time bringing my JEEP in for the same missed item, stemming all of the way back to November 2017, and it is still not done. The last visit no service advisor would talk to me until a salesman came around. Then my service advisor, Allan Angeles, was so concerned with upsell, that they never did do the repair I had brought it in for. I had made a specific request to be called when my vehicle was ready, but instead he kept sending estimates for extra work to be completed, to my work e-mail, (which I didn't have access to on a day off). For an appointment that should have only taken a few hours, he told me I would need to leave my JEEP for an extra day to have the rest of the work done.... Why do they make appointments in the first place if they are going to completely ignore them???? Completely un-impressed by the dealership and the service advisor. More

I went there today to get my winter tires switched over to summer and for a standard oil change. I made an appointment for 8:30 in the morning as I had my 2 year old with me and had to pick up my 5 year old at school at 11:30. Seeing as it was only a simple oil change and tire swap I figured this would give me lots of time to spare. Aubrey was the person I was dealing with upon arriving at the dealership. I explained my situation and said I need to be on the road by 11:00 to pick up my other daughter, if he doesn't think this is possible let me know and I'll book another appointment. He informed me that it wont take more than 2 hours and that they're not very busy this morning. I asked how much the services would cost, he stated $149.99 for the tire swap. I have extended oil services so that was included. 2 hours and 30 minutes later I went to LOOK for Aubrey to see how much longer the service would be. I found him in the service bay and I asked him how my car is doing. He looked annoyed as he told me he would go and check. He came back and said it would be another 10 minutes. He never once offered any explanation or an apology for the delays. ANOTHER 30 MINUTES LATER. I have now been at the dealership for 3 hours for simple services and have arranged for my wife to pick up my daughter from school. Aubrey waves me over to the service desk and hands me a bill for $178.45. I notice an additional $19.96 in misc charges so I ask him why this is on the bill as its more than the price I agreed to. He stated its for "shop supplies". When I asked for more information he couldn't provided me with any and said that's just how it is. This was by far the worst experience I have had with any type of car related services. Aubrey is a terrible representative for the company as he never once offered any explanation, was completely unapologetic and seemed generally annoyed with my questions. And to top it all off when Im annoyed and running late these crooks throw on a ridiculous $19.96 extra on to my bill. I will never return to this dealership and advise people to do the same. More

Despite not having an appointment (and showing up in the afternoon), Michael went out of his way to make sure he could find a technician to cut and program a key for me before I left. And he did. Michael is always sincere in addressing customer concerns, very knowledgeable in his work, and is the main reason why I have used Crosstown for the past 10 years. You have to give credit where credit is due… Mike is one of those individuals who most certainly deserves recognition. More
