Great person We went to see Gerald about getting a new truck for my parents. He was so very helpful. Great Experience My husband and I just purchased a used truck, and Mo was our sales person. He took the time to find out exactly what we wanted in a truck. Since this is our first truck, we weren't even sure it would fit in our garage . Mo offered to let us take the truck home to make sure it would fit!! Mo is very knowledgable , and is not at all pushy!! He knew approximately how much we wanted to spend, and when it came time to make a deal, he worked hard to get the price that would work for us. It was a pleasure to work with Mo, and I would definitely recommend seeing him for anyone in the market for a vechile ! More

Great Service Normally when i bring my truck into Crosstown dealership the experience i have is usually pretty mediocre, but this time it was excellent. This is the Normally when i bring my truck into Crosstown dealership the experience i have is usually pretty mediocre, but this time it was excellent. This is the second time i had to bring my Dodge Ram 1500 (year 2016) into get serviced as the problem i was having still occurred. I was fortunate enough to have Allan Angeles as my tech support who kept in contact with me throughout the day and any updates that were needed/required. He did not make me feel uneducated because i wasn't exactly sure what was wrong with my truck and he addressed by frustrations with having to bring it back for the second time for the same issue. Due to my truck being a 2016 i made sure i was not charged for anything that wasn't covered under warranty. Allan made sure that i wasn't charged either and knew beforehand any changes that were in place so i could make a decision on them. I was very pleased with his upbeat personality and the time/care he took into making sure i was taken care of. I would recommend him to anyone! More
