Great experience and professional service Last week I drove to Edmonton from Grande prairie for my daughter's doctor appointment at Stroller hospital. When we made it to the hotel my truck fa Last week I drove to Edmonton from Grande prairie for my daughter's doctor appointment at Stroller hospital. When we made it to the hotel my truck fall apart (broken) at point it wasn’t safe to drive any more. Because the first Chrysler deal ship I checked with didn’t have the parts I needed for my truck he referred us to crosstown Chrysler Jeep Dodge. When we got there I was very surprised with the very organized work space they had, people where very welcoming. The person we dealt with at the service department was great ( Monica Gora). As soon us she new we are not from town and we are here for doctor appointment she went way above expectation, she managed to get our truck in quick and called few places to get me and my family rental vehicle. She wasn’t lucky with rental places but she never gave up looking and within few min she got us one of Crosstown customer vehicles to use for the day till our vehicle gets fixed. Through the day and after they find out what was wrong with my truck, they needed some parts with one week lead time. But she told me to not worry and you can drive the Crosstown vehicle back to Grande Prairie, use it for the week and they’ll drive my truck back to GP for no additional charges, was very impressed and thankful. Next day wanted to check my options for trading my old truck for a new one, called her back and she got me in touch with Mazin first thing the morning. I was lucky to meet Mazin Fakhreddine, he was the reason I traded my old truck with a new one, because when I booked the appointment to meet with one of the cross town sales reps my intention was just to see what could I get for my old truck. Mazin was very proficient, he was listening carefully to what I wanted and my expectations, he didn’t lowball me on my old truck, gave me fair offer on my broken truck that was at crosstown shop for repairs. Through the negotiations he did his best to meet my needs and because he understood what I needed he showed me two vehicles the second one was the one I drove back home. When we had a deal he was available through all paper work process and did make sure we had all our stuff transferred from the old vehicle to the new one. If you are somebody who knows what is he looking for and doesn’t like to be pushed by sales person I would definitely recommend Mazin for you if you are shopping for new vehicle. You’ll be treated with respect and get what you are looking for within your budget limits. Same thing with finance manager, positive experience with Moose Zarandah. Clear to the point, he went through his products and I didn't feel one single time he is pushing me to buy his products, the choice was 100% up to me. I appreciate that . SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE I had emailed a request for advice on a soft top matter and was invited to bring it in so they could have a look. Upon walking into the dealership th I had emailed a request for advice on a soft top matter and was invited to bring it in so they could have a look. Upon walking into the dealership the atmosphere was very upbeat and had a good vibe. I was greeted in the service dept with a friendly smile. I was then met by Christopher and he had my Jeep brought around to look at the bowed assembly bar. Then we were joined by a few other Service Techs to view the situation. Several ideas were tossed around and a conclusion was arrived at. I brought it in and within a few hours picked it up repaired. There was a little hiccup with a zippered part not being closed but Christopher had a tech come to my office where my Jeep was parked and finished up. Highly recommend the Service Dept. I will now take my Jeep there for its regulars maintenance and servicing. I love that they have a shuttle service to take you work so you don't have to inconvenience a friend or family member. They have a great little snack shop set up to provide coffee etc while you wait for the shuttle. More
