Wonderful Colin and his boss husny were a great help buying my first new car. Car blew up and Colin was calling me helping me out, offered me a loaner for 2 day Colin and his boss husny were a great help buying my first new car. No parts I'll open with the fact that I have no issues with the service staff here. They're always polite and courteous. What I'm seeing is logistical mismanagement in the way things are operated, particularly with parts. I took my 2012 Jeep Compass in for some warranty work. A leaking differential, a software recall, and a horrid squeak coming from the rear suspension. I made an appointment the previous weekend for a Wednesday in the morning and was told it would take a day, which is killer. The only issue is that some suspension component(s) had to be back-ordered and I've been told I have to wait 2-3 weeks for said part(s) to arrive. I appreciate the differential being fixed, however it's difficult to be pleased when I book an appointment in advance, and take two hours off of work, only to find out I'll be driving on a potentially compromised, and terribly annoying sounding suspension. The only saving grace is that this whole scenario won't touch my wallet, otherwise I'd be immediately taking my business elsewhere to someone who could get the parts faster. With the size of the dealership, the volume of work that these guys do, and the fact that my car isn't exactly rare, I'm very surprised to find they don't stock suspension parts. It's going to be a very long 2-3 weeks listening to this very loud squeaking everywhere I go. Great service center, great staff, not so great parts inventory. EDIT: Was called promptly after writing this review. There's a national shortage on the part required, which while still frustrating, is understandable. More
