Finance department was just as efficient and Lyle was just as amazing. So helpful. A classy dealership that does not try to scam you. They give you the best trade value and price. I shopped around before finding this Gem. Would definitely purchase from Maz and the dealership again. More

New vehicle lower price/month awesome guys Chis and moose and Justin are amazing what more can i say. These two gents got me into a new vehicle when others couldn't. She made me comfortable at buying vehicle on my own and no xx... that's how you create a customer forever!! The whole experience was exciting, stress free and no hassle! Jennifer went above and beyond. I asked for her assistance, came in with a firm idea in my head of a vehicle I want to get, ended up with a totally something different- it was even more than I expected and within my budget. I could not have picked a better vehicle, Thanks to this wonderful lady. As sometimes work get in our way, Jen made sure she makes time for me that will fit in my schedule. Unorganized "QUIK LUBE" Attended QUIK LUBE this AM. Sat outside for 30 minutes and when inside watched 2 employees in rack 1 attending their power drinks while 1 employee di Attended QUIK LUBE this AM. Sat outside for 30 minutes and when inside watched 2 employees in rack 1 attending their power drinks while 1 employee did a tire rotation. Bays 1 & 2 were not utilized properly. I used to own a service station and I'd have gone broke operating the way the QUIK LUBE operated today. 1 hour and 10 minutes for a simple oil & filter AND did not even have the windshield cleaned. Maybe that's not part of your service but I know a place that will do the same job in half the time for the same price, without an appointment and will clean the windshield & honor my warranty. I don't have to drive the extra half hour either. Very disgusted. By the way, Cassie was very pleasant to deal with and was attentive and honest. More

Techie! I loved being able to deal with my sales person Jennifer via text and email for most of the steps. I have a busy life and don't actually live near the dealership and it was nice not to have to spend hours in the building just deciding what options and such I would like. Buying a car form the comfort of your own home is awesome lol. Once it was time to go in everyone was great. Thank you Jordan for making the finance part run smoothly! This is my second vehicle form Crosstown and I absolutely would again! Thanks again to Jennifer for going out of her way on her weekend off and bringing me a Jeep to test drive! More
