Grant my salesman was amazing, super knowledgeable through my whole experience (bad credit, owed alot on my trade) I highly recommend this dealership to everyone! More

Above and beyond customer service! I just completed my transaction with Al Dewan and within only a few short hours, he had me in my dream truck! I have always heard of the great service I just completed my transaction with Al Dewan and within only a few short hours, he had me in my dream truck! I have always heard of the great service at Crosstown and have wanted to be a customer for years. I tried other dealerships and they couldn't get me into a trade or even felt like they tried other options. I believe I was meant to be a Crosstown customer all along! I was also very pleased to know that they will deliver my baby too as I live in Wainwright! Now Al is working on getting my husband into his dream vehicle. I will always tell everyone I know to go to Crosstown. Above and beyond service from the beginning with Jody on the phone to the end. More

Both times, we have dealt with Mohamed Shuke ( simply Shuke as he likes). I would prefer not to deal with anyone else. He is great to talk with, very accommodating, and explains everything to us. He helped us trade in our 2013 Ram for a 2015, and even with a loan buyout, got us a cheaper payment than what we had. More

Balloons, customer appreciation BBQ, and they even came in early on a Sunday to release the vehicle to us, they definitely went above and beyond! Such a great experience! More

Shopping with two small kids can be tough and these guys are totally up for the challenge. They even have a cute little play area to entertain kids. The dealership is very bright and clean. Plenty of stock to choose from and if they don't have exactly what you want they will find it for you really quick. Everything about this place is great. They are willing to take their time with you and keep conversation going to keep you comfortable. They really try to get to know their customers so they can help you make the choice that fits your family. If your shopping with children I have to highly recommend dealing with Sarah. She's outstanding! Jerry did everything possible to find us exactly what we wanted. He was really patient and has great honest communication. Then Marco in the finance department is the funniest and sweetest man ever. You can just tell when you walk in its a great place as the staff are smiling and greeting you.
