I was looking for a reliable first vehicle for my daughter at a set budget and you guys lowered your price and gave me a great deal! I want to thank Danny for his excellent selling knowledge! He made me feel comfortable answered all my questions and explained all the features of the vehicle! I was recommended to see him and he even came in on his day off to let me test drive and sell me the vehicle! I was worried that services and taxes would be added to my price limit but that was all included! Thanks Danny in Sales and Bass in Finance and Carol who also works their and recommended Crosstown! I'm going to drive the SUV to London Ontario this December and I'm sure I'll have one happy daughter this Christmas!! More

Quick & Easy, SUPER Fun, AMAZING Service, we loved Danny! From the first second we got on the phone with Danny, we knew he was the man to work with. Every other dealer was working some angle or had a "sales guy" type vibe to them. I didn't like that. Within the first 5 seconds of chatting with Danny, I knew he was a 100% honest guy and immediately felt in good hands. He helped us find the exact vehicle we required, and he even came to pick us up at the Airport when we flew into town to pick up the vehicle (we were in Vancouver at the time). Overall, I'd rate Danny as being 125% reliable, trustworthy, and especially fun to deal with. He also got me the best price I could find on the vehicle, as well, which in itself would give him the 5 star review. Thanks Danny for all the help. Looking forward to working with you again! More

Wonderful experience My son was looking for a vehicle so we went to Crosstown to just look. He spotted a Chrysler 200 and liked the way the front end looked. Marin Fakhreddine met us on the lot, introduced himself and said if we had any questions, please call him. We appreciated the fact that he was not pushy. As we looked and decided my son wanted to take the car for a test drive Mazin was most obliging. As we made the deal on the vehicle I was very impressed by his knowledge and kindness.
