Clean facility, helpful and courteous staff from answering the phone, to checking us in, to calling to update to checking us out. We appreciated the constant and consistent communication, but I would recommend asking for text updates with confirmable quote costs. 2 times I misheard or misunderstood costs. Coordinator is very knowledgeable but a lot goes over my head so having the details in a readable and referable format would have been helpful. More
