A Quick and Wonderful Experience I walked into Crosstown on a Saturday afternoon and dealt with Don and in less than 15 minutes he knew exactly what I wanted and needed. Totally Awesome Experience We purchased a new 2015 GMC Sierra from Crosstown Chevy/GMC this week. Tammy Stewart was the young lady who looked after us and she was terrific. We We purchased a new 2015 GMC Sierra from Crosstown Chevy/GMC this week. Tammy Stewart was the young lady who looked after us and she was terrific. We originally were going to purchase one vehicle but Tammy found another that suited us better...the 2nd vehicle was not as expensive as the first so this also made us happy. We got fair value for our trade-in and the incentives for buying the new machine were fabulous. But the best part of the whole process was Tammy. She was knowledgeable, very accessible, and really listened to what we were looking for in a truck. She was more importantly to me, very pleasant and cheerful and really seemed to like her job and helping people. The other people we dealt with at the dealership were also very professional. There was no "pushiness" to buy any vehicle and there was absolutely no pressure to buy the "extras" that other dealerships we have dealt with have become famous for. All in all, it was a fabulous experience and we will surely recommend this dealership and especially Tammy to everyone we know who is looking to buy a fine truck or car in the Greater Sudbury area and beyond.
