After fighting with the service department at the dealership where I purchased the truck, I took it to Crestview and the experience has been excellent. So far it has a new transmission, new axles, and multiple tire balance- all done at Crestview. They have worked tirelessly trying to get the truck into the new condition it should have been from the factory. I can't say enough good things about Kevin Brooks and the rest of the service team. Going Above and Beyond I have worked with all the service guys and they're great. This time Darcy was the service rep and he went above and beyond to help me and I can't tha I have worked with all the service guys and they're great.
