Not very good, bad would describe it. I had my car there for tires and warranty, transmission issues. Seems the extended warranty I purchased does not cover anything. I was told it is norm I had my car there for tires and warranty, transmission issues. Seems the extended warranty I purchased does not cover anything. I was told it is normal gear noise, seems my 30 plus years in the transmission field does not mean anything. If someone brought this car in with the noise we would recommend removal and inspection as it is most likely a bearing! There is an issue with the clutch as well, sounds like the release bearing is not on the fork right or retaining clip missing? Last the gas cap door sticks out and moisture freezes in the winter. Two of the issues were mentioned when I was in previous, both times the word given was we were too busy. So I ask you how would you feel in my shoes? More

I am disappointed that the staff in the shop were unable to hear a sound my vehicle was making and when I came back after not having my vehicle for a day the first thing that I can hear when I pull away is the sound I initially brought my vehicle in for. This will mean additional time for their staff and additional time for me with out my vehicle. More
A woman's point of view... First of all I found the place intimidating. I am not the car expert and I felt like I was going into a whole new environment. Darcy from the service department did put me at ease. He was cordial and did explain what was going to be done to my car. He is a very pleasant individual who knows his stuff. My biggest problem with the experience is the parking. Where do you park? If I park near the service department door I get THE LOOK. You know that boy you don't what you are doing look. That happened the last two times I was there. This time (October 26/15) I was told to drive in. Guess what? It was the same place where I parked the last two times. I did comment to Darcy that I was told where to park. I still don't get it. Now when the job was done your people found a pretty tight spot to park the car and I found it difficult to get out. Surely you can do something about the atrocious parking. I am amazed at what I was charged! I think that it was a lot of $$$$. Any justification for the high prices? I told Darcy that every time I see him he costs me money and hopefully I won't see him for awhile (LOL). More

Great help I called to ask if I could get my battery checked on my 2014 Avenger and was told to bring it on in for no charge with the hand held tester. Before this I had an awful experience with another dealer and was very hesitant. The guys at Crestview were so nice to me and very helpful. They made me feel comfortable and I would definitely recommend them. More

I understand it's a trick to keep hands clean when dealing with vehicles, but it wasn't a great parting gift either. More

My only complaint was that I had receive an e-mail from crestview saying I had won a dining card in a recent contest but when I tried to collect my prize no one there in sevice or sales knew anything about it and told me to call back in.a week.
