Kodiak was extremely helpful to me today when I visited the dealership. I had some concerns about my truck and the service department wasn’t open. Less than a year ago (June 2021), I brought my 2015 RAM 1500 to Crestview to fix the air conditioning. The cost was $835. I expected it to work. Flash forward to today, (May 26. 2022) and I brought it in a 1500 to Crestview to fix the air conditioning. The cost was $835. I expected it to work. Flash forward to today, (May 26. 2022) and I brought it in again because it isn't working. Crestview service promptly told me it would be $1260 to fix. So, either the air conditioning system in the late model RAM trucks is garbage or they didn't do a very good job analyzing the problem to begin with. Did I mention you cannot get air conditioning on these late model RAM trucks fixed anywhere but a Dodge dealership? I purchased a 2010 Challenger from Crestview and had used them for service in the past, but not any more. I won't buy anything from them in the future, I do not trust them and neither should you. More

I love when you can walk into a Service Department and be greeted by multiple people BY NAME and have everyone talk to you like you are an old friend. I hadn't even been in the place for a year. The establishment obviously treats their staff well for these folks have been around for a long time and they pass that same caring on to their clients.
