They opened all registers to make good, free oilchange, discount on the other service and a fully cleaned car when I picked it up at the end of the day. Didn’t give any effort I had a 2017 ram rebel. With the air suspension ... so I blew an air spring from it freezing (surprise surprise) so I was told it’d be an undefermined I had a 2017 ram rebel. With the air suspension ... so I blew an air spring from it freezing (surprise surprise) so I was told it’d be an undefermined amount since there were no parts any where. I thought is was a joke and took it upon my self after a week to call FCA directly, they got back to me in one business day and low and behold the parts were at the dealer the next day (2 weeks earlier then they assured me they could get parts) this being an extremely “fragile” part you’d think dealers were it’s minus 40 for 4 months of the year they would have all parts in stock. It also proved that they clearly don’t put effort into helping out clients when you say you have to have your truck ASAP because you have a road trip booked. And won’t rush parts or even let alone have a loaner for you for an expected 3+ week wait for a part. As well as only getting to 1 of the 5 things I had listed to look at (most they said they just couldn’t find the issue with). This being my first involvement after purchasing a truck 5 months prior and still have 4 years of warrenty I am regretting choosing this dealership... I recommend if they give you some excuses to take it upon your self and email or call FCA Canada owners and deal with them directly. More
Fail to excute the agreed service Was contacted several times to make an appointment for servicing my Jeep Cherokee, it started to be a bit like stalking, but at the end I called them Was contacted several times to make an appointment for servicing my Jeep Cherokee, it started to be a bit like stalking, but at the end I called them to make an appointement on my day of. The appointment was for a regular oilchange at 65000 KM and the replacement of the frontscreen window, nothing special I would say and easy to manage in one day. I dropped the car at 10.00 AM. At the end of the day I was contacted that my car was ready to be picked up. But at the end only the oil change was done, with the remark that they didn't know about the frontscreen. I should make a new appointment for that, thank you very much!! Apparently the service dept and the body shop don't talk to each other at all with the result that it is better not to combine an appointment where both are involved. This is the second time an appointment to service my car beyond a regular oil change where they didn't do what was asked for with the excuse "we didnt know about it" More

Prabhjit gave me options on the oil change and I decided to go for Performance to give my vehicle a well-deserved TLC. He and his staff were very professional and efficient. Not only that, he suggested that I sign up for the Mopar email list to get a $20 discount on the full synthetic and a $5 discount on the filter change. I really appreciated the extra length he went through to find me savings. The crew did their job professionally. They also reset my check engine indicator and suggested ways to make sure my battery charges right during extremely cold weather (take it for long drives, make sure the battery gets amply recharged before turning the engine off). They were very reassuring. I will definitely keep coming back for the quality of service and products this centre provides! More

From there I was approached by the rest of the service team and manager (Prabhjit Singh). Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Prabhjit was awesome and did an excellent job of explaining my options for service an ultimately I decided to upgrade based on his knowledge and recommendations while at the same time enrolling in a program that made it cost worthy. I will definitely use this dealer for the rest of the time that I own my car (a 2017 Chrysler 300S). More
