By far the worst experience I've had with a car dealership. Purchased a 2015 Buick Encore that turned out to be a TOTAL LOSS vehicle due to a previous mouse infestation. Air bags, roofliner, all ca dealership. Purchased a 2015 Buick Encore that turned out to be a TOTAL LOSS vehicle due to a previous mouse infestation. Air bags, roofliner, all carpeting and some wiring were destroyed. Vehicle was unsafe and should never been offered for sale. I believe Crestview was aware of this but chose not to disclose it to me. Purchased a 2018 Nissan Titan XD and traded in my 2011 Dodge Ram, I was happy with the trade in value and very happy with the purchase price.
