Steve was able to provide accurate information about the Jeep Grand Cherokee we were looking at. Following our purchase he made sure our phone was hooked up, reviewed all of the buttons and even demonstrate Jeep Grand Cherokee we were looking at. Less than a year ago (June 2021), I brought my 2015 RAM 1500 to Crestview to fix the air conditioning. The cost was $835. I expected it to work. Flash forward to today, (May 26. 2022) and I brought it in a 1500 to Crestview to fix the air conditioning. The cost was $835. I expected it to work. Flash forward to today, (May 26. 2022) and I brought it in again because it isn't working. Crestview service promptly told me it would be $1260 to fix. So, either the air conditioning system in the late model RAM trucks is garbage or they didn't do a very good job analyzing the problem to begin with. Did I mention you cannot get air conditioning on these late model RAM trucks fixed anywhere but a Dodge dealership? I purchased a 2010 Challenger from Crestview and had used them for service in the past, but not any more. I won't buy anything from them in the future, I do not trust them and neither should you. More
