found a truck online and started the process of setting up the financing. Indicated that we would call back on Monday to see if everything was a go. The licensing agent closed at 8, and due to the financing not finalizing? we were given a permit to drive the truck home to midale. Don from finance let us have the truck, based on the numbers and a prior approval that was done 3 months earlier on a new vehicle. Don went out of his way to get the papers signed and the keys in my hand. Don, thanks for being a seasoned veteran (bobby 0rr) and understanding your customer, and the importance of customer service. While we were out of town, we left our Dodge Durango with Cody Wood to have it serviced. Not only did he get it fixed for us but he picked up the tab. Cody was pleasant and very helpful.
